Hotlinking from dropbox so I can troll feds later.

I don't fucking understand. OK he scammed Facebook and ran $350k of ads for free. But why was he so insistent on stock picking etc.? He knew that he doesn't know jack shit about the stock market and made all his money by scamming Facebook. Why would he publicly do something like this?

People who get lucky once think they'll keep getting lucky. Kind of like someone who might luck out with a good campaign, then think they are capable of running a network, or something.

What a beautiful story. Can't wait to tell my kids.

I guess that explains it. It's true that once you succeed with something you feel like you could do anything you want. Kinda like when I was making a killing selling shitty semi-legal ebooks I felt like I could do anything I wanted. Instead I'm making threads on Wickedfire like "my sales stop on the 15th plz help"

Fucking hypocrites.

What are friends?
Friends are people that you think are your friends
But they're really your enemies, with secret identities and disguises
To hide their true colors
So just when you think you're close enough to be brothers
They wanna come back and cut your throat when you ain't looking
What is money?
Money is what makes a man act funny
Money is the root of all evil
Money'll make them same friends come back around
Swearing that they was always down
Best of luck, Martin.

I wouldn't discredit Martin at all. He didn't scam anyone on this or any other board, or his partners, his clients etc. What he did to Facebook is probably against the law and it wasn't the smartest thing to do this openly and brag about on forums, but I have zero sympathy to FB or any other big corporation or govt institute. They lost 350k and hell with them.

I'm glad you told everyone on a public board that you are "OK" with persons scamming companies.

Good luck here at WF.

It's more than they think they'll get lucky. Many people believe they are special in the universe and they have a positive fate and destined for greatness. It's an especially common psychology trait of anyone who has been successful before or is currently successful.. but it's also what keeps many working class Joe's going even if it makes no sense whatsoever.

It's probably the biggest reason people actually gamble.

What he did to Facebook is very much against the law, and given that witnesses posted in public threads here on WF he is likely to be enjoying a new pair of bracelets in the near future.

Not sure if you're some French socialist or whatever, but it's clear you're no entrepreneur or business owner. You do realize that "big corporations" generally get there from being successful "little corporations", right? Personal vitriol aside, if your business was scammed for this much - and it didn't bankrupt you entirely - you would be expecting justice.

Or you know, we've observed cause and effect know how to get to where we want to be.

So what, because FB is successful and wealthy, that means it's ok to steal $350k from them? What kind of fucked up logic is that?

Well it turns out that you're still lightyears ahead of Mgrunin as far as IMing goes.

You're talking about "hope".

"If I just approach one of these big banks with my portfolio and credentials -- that will speak enough for itself," said Grunin.

I wonder if he'll turn on everyone involved with the cloaking and the aff networks too... you know, to avoid further prosecution or as "leverage"...

Should we take bets on whether or not he'll sign a plea deal first or just give it to them prior to signing anything thereby digging himself deeper into the shit filled hole he's currently in? It's only been two years now since a network has done something stupid like that.. I think we're due for more lulz on the legal front.
