Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it is just a civil suit right now - So Martin is not actually in that much danger from it. His worst punishment is the media articles that will rank on his name for years.

He just better hope some prosecutor doesn't read it and decide to open a criminal case.

It's a federal case, and plastered in the media. It wont belong before some bureaucrat wants to charge him criminally. And it's more than likely going to be federal. He's in for a real shit storm. Time to sell the Audi and lawyer the fuck up

Supposedly Facebook contacted law enforcement and there will be a criminal complaint.

ouch, he could get serious time for this if it does go criminal.

Advice for Martin: not all lawyers are the same, don't go with the first recommendation you receive. And don't get someone so high up that they actually do none of the case work and just delegate everything. I'm gonna PM you a name.

The egg I've just wiped off my face after defending him smells like I Love Cock.

Just read the court papers, it just doesn't make sense that he was so ridiculously transparent about everything, yet was scamming FB for hundreds of thousands, and impersonating ad agencies so THEY would get billed? What was he expecting!?

Only issue is, federal prosecutors in the US have what? A 96% conviction rate, or something close to that?

Whew, this, plus a coup and country-wide military curfew of 10pm all in one day!
