See only 10 people in todays newsletter of stuff. It was like 20+ earlier. Could be a sign of good things (not for laid of people though).

That is for September payment - $960
Now October is also due - $680

In total they owe use around $2,600 - at least they paid us everything until AUGUST ... but since then no payment was made to us, which is quite frustrating. Useless to mention the AM doesn't respond to emails since 8 days ago ...

I personally like Azoogle and I know they used to be a great network but I have no idea what they did with their company that they got payment issues now. We anyway stopped sending traffic to them so we have no balance for December.

I just want to give you heads-up we got paid the $1,600 due for September and October from Azoogle. :thumbsup:
 
Glad to hear you got paid. I'm still waiting for my money for june and july! They sent me my money for May in September and I haven't heard from them since! Didn't want to take it to court cause it could make it take longer for me to get my money but f*ck that cause I'm sick of everybody else getting paid but me! I guess this is the thanks I get after working with them for 3 years.

They told me they got serious cash flow issues, how much they owe you - 4 digits, 5 digits? You mentioned "court" so I assume they didn't owe you what they owed us which is considerably a smaller amount, correct?

I don't think you need to use court or anything, just try to speak to them reasonably, I mean eventually they have to listen if you insist, they are still doing business but trying to sort out the cash flow issues, that's what I understand.

Its 4 digits.. I'm tired of talking.. I'm going to have my lawyer send them something first and see where it goes from there. To me it doesn't matter how much money it is. I'm from where people die over 20 bucks and these clowns owe me thousands and then when I talk to them they act like I owe them something.

They evolved from that and have been going pretty legit ever since, so they'll probably continue to be around for quite a while.

Got paid today for November - only 1 week late, thankfully!
 
May i ask how do you guys go about getting your money when this happens? This isn't my first time not getting paid from a network, but i don't know the proper steps to getting my commision. I email them and they tell me "sorry for the delay, you will be paid soon". should i email them like every other day or something?

Yes, you can constantly email once per week.
Some people call it bothering, I call it self-caring.
It's like the difference between being selfish and being self-caring, it's not a shame to chase what you're owed, you're basically taking care of yourself by doing this, and the problem is with the one who owes you - of course in exceptional cases where you don't deserve to be paid that's something else but I'm talking the basics.
 
1 US Certified Mail demanding 30 day response, 1 US Certified Mail follow up 15 days later letting them know of 15 days left or lawyer contact, then contact a lawyer pay $100 bux to send a collection letter. Then (4) Pursue legal action if you know the company has assets and your owed a good amount worth pursuing.

Well.. you see this one of the ways to know that most WF ballers are not balling as hard as they pretend to (amount owed worth suing for). If they were.. and this one of the most used networks, someone would have sued them already. Or they're just pussies :)
 
Sarcastically, they're late on payment for months, but never stop to recruit new pubs all over the world
 
Is any one still sending traffic to them ?

And I cant believe a company be in USA and this shit happen and no one do anything about it... In US for anything people sue each other (such as that guy who farted in bus) Why no one is going after this company?
