They are managing cashflow. No need to sue someone and ruin your relationship when they are slowly trying to pay you. I can see them getting back to full swing near the end of Q1. My balance is getting lower every week. Still sending traffic. Can't help it, some payouts just shit on every other network. When you are getting $10 on a dating offer that everyone else is running at $4.00 - and that advertiser only knows you because you ran through Epic - you're going to run that shit through Epic.

I give them a credit limit I am not afraid to lose. Once they reach it I stop traffic. They pay - I keep sending more. As long as the profit margin is decent it's worth the risk.

Can just give your epic ID to another network and they should be able to match payment, we do it all the time.

May i ask how do you guys go about getting your money when this happens? This isn't my first time not getting paid from a network, but i don't know the proper steps to getting my commision. I email them and they tell me "sorry for the delay, you will be paid soon". should i email them like every other day or something?

try hitting up some of the different managers on aim / whatever messenger they use; i have forgotten now. i think that is how i got a small $xxx payment sent.

Yep. I think there's few offers these days you can't find elsewhere or direct. I wonder if you guys keep your girlfriends too if they cheat just every 2 months or so and will still have sex with you as long as you keep playing along (keep sending traffic). Like.. don't wanna ruin a relationship :)

hahahaha nice comparison

Well.. you see this one of the ways to know that most WF ballers are not balling as hard as they pretend to (amount owed worth suing for). If they were.. and this one of the most used networks, someone would have sued them already. Or they're just pussies :)

You clearly have no idea what you're blabbing about.

If a company goes bankrupt, you do realize that not only is your lawsuit worthless but you're on the hook for legal fees right? Even in the best case where you obtain a settlement in your favor, you still had to take the risk of paying your legal fees upfront since no lawyer would take this type of case on contingency.

When it comes to any sort of debt recovery action, you need to do a risk assesment and decide if litigation is worth it or not. In some cases it is, and in others it's not.

business is business bro. totally different. if you are making money in the affiliate space, you can't afford to turn it down. in my opinion.

Au contraire. I think I do.

With the reluctance of other affiliates to sue, it's highly unlikely that your single suit will force em into BK. Most likely, you'll get paid and others will simply get stiffed. I've seen exactly this happen several times before in other industries. Those who take enforcement action get paid, those who don't - o well.

When it comes to any sort of debt recovery action, you need to do a risk assesment and decide if litigation is worth it or not. In some cases it is, and in others it's not.
Exactly, which comes back to my point that few if any of the "big ballers" here are owed enough to make it worth it.

Is there not something like a small claims court in the US? In some European countries e.g. UK you can file a claim with a small claims court online and it costs around $100.

If they dont respond to the court papers you eventually get a court date, which you then have to pay another +-$100. If the other party doesnt respond, you get a court judgement in your favour.

If not and they decide to contest you go to court, but you don't need lawyers you can just do it yourself. So total costs are around $200ish.

You just need to thoroughly and concisely prepare your evidence and submit it. For UK pubs Azoogle has a UK Ltd presence so you could use this route.

If anyone is going to ASW, please bitchslap Epic Direct.

I'm not there but I don't even see them listed as a sponsor/exhibitor this year... That says a lot...... Can anyone there confirm if they have any presence???

Funny, that in '09 Azoogle and Copeac booths were located next to each other... and Azoogle was a Platinum Sponsor... and the "Epic" Playboy parties...

Where have all the good times gone.......
