What's Up With Epic (Azoogle) Payments?

OK, didn't see them listed on the ASW website with a location. Anyway, did anyone confront them about what the F is going on and when they're going to pay outstanding amounts???
No. But you can hire an attorney in the U.S. and sue them civilly. Which you probably won't do because you're probably owed $3.74 like the rest of the whiners here
They don't have to claim bankruptcy because there's no judgements against them because they're no suits against them because people like you who are owed $3.74 won't sue them. Does that make sense?

I am not going to expose how much it is , because their nasty AMs always sneaking into forums , and I want to give them a surprise...
But base on your small brain, tell me for what figure should I take action against them?
Why should people have to sue, what exactly is keeping Azoogle/Epic from paying their affiliates? Anybody have details?
Cash flow problems. From what I can tell -- they're paying affs (late) that still send traffic and not paying affs that pause/stop traffic. They're not posting many new offers (one so far in 2012!) and all of the good AMs have left (some are at new shops or expanding ops at existing cos so don't be surprised to get hit up if you were a good aff for Azoogle...) Writing seems to be on the wall and they've clearly tarnished their reputation... I would never do business with them again, even if they do finally pay me my outstanding balance from last summer. There are so many other good options out there that this seems to be becoming a "self fulfilling prophecy"..........

I know BBB claims mean nothing, but they have a nice A+ rating that they're flaunting on their site... Epic Media Group Inc. Review - INTERNET SHOPPING SERVICES in New York, NY - BBB Business Review - BBB serving Metropolitan New York, Long Island, and the Mid-Hudson Region . Filing some complaints there can either get things resolved, or get them knocked down in their ratings (and force them to pull the logo from their site).
Anyway, who's even running the ship over there now? Art Shaw is gone. Don Mathis is gone. Mike Sprouse is gone. And all of those seem very recent. TA Associates and Stripes Group still both list Epic as an active investment in their respective portfolios... Anyone happen to know contact info for Brian Conway or Vivian Wu at TA, or Ken Fox at Stripes?

They have no right to do that unless it's stated in their campaign instructions. Do you have the IO? If you violated terms with them... You won't get paid especially as shady as they are running right now. Best of luck bro.

Just got this from Azoogle today, on an offer they requested:
