And... Epic was unable to make the original agreed upon final payment. Earliest they will have any funds for further disbursement is apparently April 30th. What a bunch of fuckers.

Nice - they even screwed over the company they brought in to pay off affiliates a fraction of what they were owed so they wouldn't have to declare bankruptcy or get sued...

Creditors of Epic Media Group, Inc.

Dear Creditors,

Accord Associates Denver, Ltd will no longer be representing Epic Media Group, LLC or managing any of its affairs otherwise and in fact has not since April 12, 2013. The company was to

have communicated directly to creditors shortly after that termination of representation but for

some reason has not done so. Accord regretfully can no longer be of useful service in this matter

despite an exhaustive best effort to maintain communication and coordinate account information with the hundreds of creditors involved. From this point forward creditors will need to

communicate directly with Epic and its shareholders at:

Here's a really recent case against Epic, for patent infringement (it was thrown out, and unfortunately it looks like since the judge rejected the infringement claim, they did not rule on Kinetic being a successor to Epic. Links:

and

Points from http://ia600802.us.archive.org/23/items/gov.uscourts.wiwd.31004/gov.uscourts.wiwd.31004.121.0.pdf :
Because non-infringement is clear and defendants have shown no reason to
believe they are at risk for further infringement suits, I will exercise my discretion not to
decide defendants’ invalidity or unenforceability counterclaims or defenses. It is also
unnecessary to address defendants’ laches and equitable estoppel defenses or to determine
whether Social Assets LLC and Does 1-10 may be held liable as successors of Epic Media
I think that there's a lot of good information in those documents, to be picked up for another lawsuit from creditors.

Anyone have suggestions on where to start searching for a law firm willing to take a case against Epic/Kinetic on a contingency basis?

Do any of these contacts work?

i remember A4D was skimming my submits :( Smaxor, why did you do that to me? i thought you were my father

I doubt A4D skimmed anything. Smax isn't that type of guy.

I agree, You have to remember there is two parties involved here A4D and the advertiser who owns the offer.

Now to start off with submits are as bad as fraud affiliates, They never give away the free gift and advertisers do alot of shaving to keep their profits in the positive.

Smax has a good rep and I seriously doubt he is going to risk that for a $1.50 to $2.00 fucking submit.

edit: just a FYI what submits can offer a network http://advertmarketing.com - we have no email submits as we ban affiliates for fraud so the same rule should apply to con artist email submit advertisers.
