^This is the reason I left you iTrader. You may have postponed a sale, but you gained my iTrader for keeping your word. Report looks good and the only issue was the time, which i'm guessing is fixed now since this is the authentic you and not a substitute employee that wasn't doing his job.

Very Much appreciated, I hate to let people down and hopefully all this has been sorted now and we will put systems in place where it will never happen again.
