Communication started out great with double-checking with me concerning the URL I provided before preceding with the submissions. And then it went downhill from there.

Didn't receive the full report the first time. Then received the full report, and noticed 800+ 404 errors to my site where the URL was bookmarked repeatedly with a trailing ? character. 301'd the shit, addressed my concerns, and was told I'd receive a new report "tomorrow" replacing the fucked up ones. That was 4 days ago.

Not impressed.

We zipped up the file and sent it again. Please confirm you got it.

You should have both reports. Please check spam/junk mail if you still dont have it let us know and we will send it zipped or to another address.
