What I don't get is why this seller would need a new account to sell the same exact service that he already offered on his other account. Especially since Erect said the service was different enough from the other seller whom he thread-shat on months beforehand.
If his service was so different, then how could his thread-shitting even be considered thread-shitting in the first place?

The bigger issue here is the whole idea of people being able to start fresh, instead of dealing with the consequences of their own actions. It sets a really bad standard. If you fuck up, no biggie, just talk to a moderator.
That being said, I am sure erect was just trying to keep the peace, but at what cost? A seller gets to start fresh, while most others if caught in the same situation would not be given the same liberty, or would probably get banned.
In my eyes, nobody should be given a fresh start if BST if going to be a serious marketplace. The mods just need to know what the bannable offenses are, and what offenses are to be given leeway (and how much). None of this clean-slate shit.

You're manning up in saying you closed the thread, so what? You're not manning up and defending your reasoning for initially locking the original thread. Him changing a username makes no fucking difference of his past actions and his new offer - the exact reason you locked the thread.
I'll have to disagree on that. Whether or not the review was warranted or not makes no difference to me. It turned personal when he went on a vendetta of the other provider. It came to the point that he (the person whose thread you closed) came into my threads trying to derail them because he thought I was the other provider. Not only did he try doing that, but he had a shitfest in PMs with me. It is what it is, but it certainly turned personal after what transpired between the two. What he did in my thread was the reason he was banned for a while.
If all it takes is to have an account on here and completely destroy someone else's BST, whether it's true or not, to only have to make a new account and offer the same service to work, then you're opening Pandora's box.
There is an endless pool of service slingers in BST. Why bother jumping through hoops for any of them? If they fuck up, good. One less person creating threads.

Im only posting this for Jon and after this I am not coming back to this thread. I never said he was taking bribes, but what I did say was:

5. Have Erect PM anyone questioning your thread to not question it in public and leave it to PMs only - Check, was done! I have my PM to this and Erect stated he PM'd another member about this

Have Erect attack anyone questioning the heavy censorship around the whole deal, even though those people may have never had an issue with the seller, Erect himself, or generally anyone on the board. - Check, was done! Was told in this thread to NOT namedrop and even though I never brought up the sellers name or Erect name, he decided to come into this thread himself and help the drama fest ensue.
The evidence is all in your logs and on this thread. Nothing is being denied from Erect. If you thought I meant he was taking bribes, I am not sure how you came to that though. I dont know if or if not Erect has self interest in the sellers thread or not, but I know I prob. alluded to it in my question of why he did what he did before the full story played out on the thread. What I did accuse Erect of though is above numbered 1-6 and mapped out.
Wither you think thats right or wrong, thats your call. I personally see it as wrong and will not stand idle as it happens. As a potential buyer of services, I do not think this is fair play.

Jon, I dont have admin access to the boards, I didnt foresee all this to take screen shots beforehand, and everything else in on this board for you to make of it what you want. Nothing is being denied though and a few members have stepped up about the thread vanishing and the seller changing their name. Not sure what else I could give you as evidence considering the only thing I could give you is your own server logs/vbull logs and you know I can not provide that.
I even stated above I dont think Erect is crooked, I do however think this was a bad judgement call ( which we are all guilty of at somepoint ).
Other then that, I am out of this thread.

Services should be businesses, not rejects from DP and people trying to make $25. That's what Fiverr is for.
I know several people that make about $25 per order and gross over $10k/mo from this forum alone. $10k/mo isn't anything to balk at.
