I hate to go back and forth with you, but since you are telling me to go back to school, why not.
The statistic you are quoting counts plea deals. Here, I will highlight the text you need to understand
In 2005, adjudicated defendants were either convicted following
a guilty plea (86%)
See? You cant say that "90 percent of all trials are won by the feds" because its not true. 90% of people that are charged would be correct, but going to trial is another thing. Also keep in mind that 90% statistic is fed from mainly low income drug dealers. If you asked "What percent of people who can afford a $500/hr attorney go to jail, I wouldnt be surprised if it was less than 10%. Most defendants cant afford a good lawyer and cop a deal- This skews the stats. Obviously hogan can afford a lawyer, so it puts him in a much higher (but not desirable) bracket for a win.
Thank you, come again.

OK, I was off a lil bit, but you are way off and need to go back to school and punch your mouth teacher in da mouth. You have no conclusion with the facts you presented or should I say copy and pasted from a forum.
OK Hogan has a 90% chance of being convicted, my baaaaaad.
