Sounds like from what the defendents wrote ebay had full knowledge of all the misdeeds and encouraged much of it!
A good slogan but definitely not true,depends on what type of crime,where committed and by whom.
Governments get away with massive crimes daily that pay handsomely. Many families and Organized crime groups make huge profits that are larger than the economies of small countries. Of course,there is no room amongst the multitudes already incarcerated for a non-violent offender until he is actually convicted.
