In that post he doesn't deny anything he's accused of, he simply passes the blame to Ebay. Unless he has proof that they "forced" him (how?) to do any of these things and unless he can prove he had legit traffic sources, he has a steep climb ahead of him.
Hogan I want to ask why not set up multiple offshore shell companies, create multiple affiliate accounts, divide up the traffic, get the cheques, wash that shit in cayman's and geting paid by a chain of local bowling alley that you purchase ?. Sure it might cost 8~15% but hey your call.
All of this didnt make sense after i read that Ebay paid out $15 million and didnt look into it? I mean networks paying $500 check referrals and other shady stuff this is crazy
Hogan is not going to spend a single day behind bars. Key words: entrapment, due process, jury trial. I also seriously doubt that after dozens of hours of brainstorming with $500/hr attorneys he wouldn't by now know exactly what to say and what not to say online. He is going to get them to drag this on for a decade lawl until the point that the DA gets tired of looking for the next batch of impartial peers.
There's already a civil suit between ebay and shawn in addition to the criminal case. What is so surprising is the post Hogan made. I have a real hard time believing someone who's managed to garner as much success as Shawn would post a response like that without the OK from his lawyer, he just couldn't be that stupid.
I read his response, and while it does have some taste of truth, it reads like a little shit got in the sandwich to me, some of his story doesn't really wash.
I mean honestly, who buys their AM a car? That whole explanation is a lame duck and complete untrue imo...
We'll have to see what happens, I'd have no problem with the FEDs taking him down, but if they do, and even half of what he's saying about Ebay is true, they should be hit just as hard if not harder.

Ebay is in an absolutely safe condition, I think that if your condition will be true the AM will eat more shit than Hogan.
You honestly have no idea what you are talking about, and neither does Hogan.
Both you and Hogan mistakenly called the U.S. Attorney in charge of prosecuting this case a DA. No he is not a DA. A DA is a local prosecutor working for a U.S. a state. This is a FEDERAL prosecutor working for the FEDERAL government, there is a huge difference.
Furthermore there is absolutely no way that Hogan cleared this with his criminal defense attorney. A criminal defense attorney would NEVER authorize such a ridiculous and self incriminating blog post.
Also some of you are assuming he has the money to hire an awesome attorney due to the millions of dollars of ill gotten gains he has accrued, but there is a little thing called civil forfeiture and I am sure the feds completely cleaned Hogan's bank accounts out at this point. Though I imagine Hogan has the means of acquiring fresh income rapidly enough to afford a good criminal defense attorney assuming he's not just a dumb cookie stuffing skid with a huge forum and zero skills.
The bottom line is Hogan isn't as smart as he thinks he is, and he is in serious trouble.
