Well, I think they are making a mistake in terms of charging way too much. Unless they make a change thats for the better (for the better in MY opinion), then I will be selling at other forums such as BHW, Warrior Forum, etc... Where there is more members, and the ownership seems to care more about the people who make their forums successful rather than the greed of money...

The people in charge of forums like WarriorForum care about their members? Seriously?

In that case, go ahead and say something negative about their shitty ebooks/courses/whatever and you'll be banned in a heartbeat.

On the other hand, you can say anything you want on WF and as you can see, the admins actually implement changes based on your suggestions if they're reasonable. A thread like this one would have been deleted on WarriorForum, it hasn't been deleted on WF. Need I say more?
 
Problem that fixes the little debate about monthly vs one time... Use both

$100 one time fee to become a "verified seller" (allows you go create threads in BST)
$25 per month to keep your thread active

Everything else is normal (bumping works the same way as always)

I guarantee this will get rid of 80+% of scammers and stupid pointless shit that nobody cares about.

Get rid of the stupid idea of having to create a new thread every 10 days. stupid idea. period.

I like to think as fair as I can, but obviously think about myself more than others :cool2: when it comes to this type of set up. My service can take up to 90 days to deliver. Right now, if I wanted to keep my service thread up I would probably make NOTHING, yet the demand for my service is not low, it will probably grow once I get reviews, ext. Once that happens I have good faith that I will easily be able to pay for $100/month or even a $100/week, but would get fucked over in the beginning. I know I am not the only person that has a service that can take longer than 10 days for reviews.
 
the 10 days rule kills the visibility, trust , testimonials, and history of the service, this is exactly why Digitalpoint is dying, it started when the messed up the BST section in a very similar way to this..

Paying for the thread ? np at all, but the 10 days rule is just stupid..
 
Give them time guys. With all this going on in one day they will make the change by the weekend to keep the threads open(I hope). They know they will still make a killing but need to keep people happy. And no one should bitch about the price considering all of us have been making money here for free for a while. Let the owners eat now too :) within reason guys :)

I agree, it'll take a few days to process the feedback and come up with a solution. They make monies, we continue to make monies, everyone is happy...well, most :)

But the closing threads after 10 days hmmm just doesn't make life easy for the honest guys either....

How many ads do you see on here? how much does Jon charge for any type of membership?

You think the admin owes it to you to let you sell here? The sooner you leave the better.

^^^ look up that is the only answer right now... they are looking into coming up with a way leave the threads open but continue to pay what I am "guessing" is the same rate...

Life is a lot more simple if you don't have any expectations, that way when things don't go your way your panties don't get all in a wad.
 
Well, unfortunatly, I did have an expectation for this forum, to be able to provide my service at a reasonable price... Looks like yet another let down because people are too fuckin' greedy...

And people that are on this forum who post shitty comments like you, is the reason why this forum isn't as big as the other ones....
