How about a $1,000 fee to be an elite seller at BST and every post you make is then free from here on out for the life of your account at BST.

Charging $20 for a thread is going to cost the buyer more? You can sell 4 shitty $5 'super duper, anally rape Google, social bookmarking' packages and cover the cost.
no it won't. The BST section here isn't a place for you to start a business with no money, it's for you to reach out to a much more experienced group of clientele. If you don't have enough money to afford a $20 thread fee and will instead pass the buck to your customers through higher prices, you don't belong here in the first place.
Someone else mentioned that they would like to have the ability to edit their threads in the BST.
I 2nd that... I think that would be freakin sweet... That way we can offer pricing adjustments (specials, discounts, etc...) and not have to worry about people paying from the wrong paypal link.

Not that I disagree with the idea you should be able to edit your threads...but come on. Use a redirect if paypal links are a problem. You can change it whenever you want and keep statistics.
List prices, features of your services in an image on your server. That way whenever you want to change the price or contents of your service, you can just edit the image on your server.

not that my opinion is worth much, but editing the main thread would be pretty helpful, some of the great services that have tens of pages gets hard to sift through if you're looking for something specific.

As someone who supplements his university tuition by providing services on this forum, I greatly approve of this change.
There is a whole host of upsides and very few (if any) downsides. I'd love the ability to edit the first post in exchange for paying, but if it's not possible... c'est la vie.
