And hairy
It has nothing to do with me being senior, if you think I'm wrong dude tell me and we can keep going back and forth until we find something we agree on - progress isn't made by bowing to assumed status.
I'm just giving my opinion in hopes of helping guide everything in a direction that will work longterm and not alienate too many people, while not losing too much to bullshit. Too much control is the antichrist of progress, but a happy medium is so fucking hard to find.

I just thought of something that hasn't been pointed out yet. A bunch of people have brought up that sellers would keep paying the $30 on their new accounts. However, most of the retarded sellers here keep using the same PayPal email address over and over again. I'm sure something could be setup to instant ban anybody who tries to pay with the same PayPal address under different accounts.
Not really, those members are normally banned. Seriously, the majority of the shitty vendors keep using the same email over and over again. Obviously nothing is perfect, but it would help. You forget we have people here who sell Paypal accounts. Getting a new Paypal account shouldn't be that hard for people hellbent on getting back here.
P.S - 100th post bitches![]()

How about we make it a queued wait to have the ability to create a thread in the SBT section? Once a week, there's a skype video chat with each seller asking access. A mod or whomever offers to head up this vetting group takes a picture of the person while they're talking with them about their service so they can check against the list of retards banned from the SBT.
You could further limit the abuse aspect of this by having them hold up written-on paper and having them speak about their service while you ask questions so you know the person isn't talking to them while someone else is on camera.

The problem with this is, we're not Sitepoint.
WF is not a Marketplace dominated website, we're a bunch of gay affiliates/webmasters first, and sellers/buyers second.
Premium membership is not open to peasants and frankly should not even be brought up in public.Hi,
While I am a new seller here (and new member for that matter), I think its a great idea to make people pay.
One question that I do have though, I am not too sure how it will work if we already have existing threads? Can I just pay the fee and keep my already existing thread opened (so I can keep my nice reviews and stuff in one place...) or will it just be a closed thread, and I have to make a new one?
I don't mind paying at all, in fact, I thought there was some premium membership at this site that I was looking to go after, but I think someone said there wasn't...
At any rate, hopefully you can answer my question.
Take it easy,
J
