I'm sure not all networks have these departments, but:

  • Compliance\Legal (verify offers are legit before bringing them on, agreeing on Terms with advertisers, looking for affiliate fraud)
  • Marketing
  • Properties (create our own offers)

As for your estimates of how many people are needed in each department; they may be correct for small networks, but the ones with lots of offers and affiliates need more staff.

If it wasn't so sad it would be funny... No, it's still funny! (but never seen a company so silent about an issue as paramount as this... Where is "damage control"??? Clearly the lawyers have told them not to say or print anything publicly..........)

I'm actually the one who started Marketer's Guard. All testimonials are legit and there's contact information on the website if you have any questions. Regarding the Epic situation as far as I know they were having some cashflow trouble for the past few months but should be back to normal next week.

Why should we believe that next week will be any different than the last 20 weeks???? I'm still owed a lot of $$$ so I hope I get it next week, but I doubt it..........

Well it's probably not that much. It only costs $10K to file a suit. So probably not enough to be worth it?

So what to do if you have been scammed for $10k or less or any sum where put $10k+ to make it back - not worth it ? Suck it up ? Something should be done too

Well, your next week came and went and things are not back to normal. Unless the new normal at azoogle is "still can't get paid and still can't get a response from AM.........."

wow, that is way past due.

I don't even know what to think about this whole situation anymore. I'm so tired of asking for late payments and trying to manage the risk of having money in my account there. They have completely dragged everybody through the mud, without telling anybody what is going on, for like 6 months. Worst I have ever been treated by any network, ever.
