Had a talk with one of the reps, he admitted that Azoogle is having cash flow problems and is cleaning house. He also went on to say that they will pay every single publisher and that a non-payment would be out of the question. He said that by October everything will be running smoothly again.

I don't think they will be able to fix this mess soon, they are getting more into it. Now they are not even able to pay mere few $$$ to their publishers. Sad on their part.

Paying their big publishers so they'll pump more $$ and volume back into a network who is struggling with their cash flow issues is called a PONZI SCHEME.
