Latest management team listed on their site - still in Google Cache. Some time between April 20th and today, the page was removed.

Brett Lofgren – CEO - Still there?

Rocky Appiah – SVP, Technology - Listed as being at Kinetic Social since October 2011... Lofgren was only CEO starting in Dec, so this is odd that they'd be on the same bio page

Ryan McVey – GM, Hosted Media Solutions - At MundoMedia as of May 2012

Thomas DeLuca – GM, Performance Sales - Still there?

Matthew Mirman – GM, Publisher Development - Still there?

Anwesa Paul – Deputy General Counsel - At KineticSocial as of Feb.

Erica Baer – Director, Creative Services - At KineticSocial as of Oct, but lists that she was at Epic until January 2012

With all of the "defections" to Kinetic, and the fact that TA Associates backs both ventures, if Epic were to go bankrupt, would there be any chance to go after Kinetic/TA in legal proceedings?

you all who are owed a lot of money should pool together, and find a great law firm that would take you on contingency basis, assuming there's a case to be made since Epic could go bankrupt, that way the potential win would their worthwhile and you get ~70% of what you're owed back

I don't get why other networks are hiring ex epic employees. That place basically detrains them and teaches them bad AM habits. It's like buying someone else's problems. It's easier to mold a newbie into what you need then teach an old dog.
