On a serious note I have there very tiny amount, is it worth to get it to min payment and get it via check ? What is their min payment ? Will they pay it if it like $50 or $100 ?

This is like slow motion. The poll is 70% yes now, and they're not officially bankrupt. Yet? So are payments getting better or worse? If they come out of this, I would be surprised. All others only got worse with time and eventually it was bye bye time.

i stopped running anything with them when my last payment came in last year.

My aff manager contacted me ask why i suddenly stopped sending traffic as the advertiser didn't want me to quit but then she vanished, as did the advertiser

What a downfall...I used to refer others to them, and they paid something like 2% of what those I referred to them earned. I'd get $1,000/month for doing nothing. I never counted on it, it was always just extra because I wasn't earning it myself....but it was nice extra spending cash for the weekend.

On the brink...

You know it's bad when this is the LinkedIn profile of the CEO (after removing all new management bios from the site, very recently):

Brought in to restructure entity.
Lead on various sales & asset transactions.
Worked with management on identifying profit and cash improvement projects.
Created a business plan that demonstrates mid and long-term viability.

Sad :(

Nobody knows what happened? I know they were struggling for a long time now, but it seems there was something or some event that caused it. Nobody knows?

Latest management team listed on their site - still in Google Cache. Some time between April 20th and today, the page was removed.

Brett Lofgren – CEO

Rocky Appiah – SVP, Technology

Ryan McVey – GM, Hosted Media Solutions

Thomas DeLuca – GM, Performance Sales

Matthew Mirman – GM, Publisher Development

Anwesa Paul – Deputy General Counsel

Erica Baer – Director, Creative Services

I think they just screwed the top affiliates that still have been sending them traffic.... supposedly they were still paying people who were sending them at least $1,000/day.

$9,879.49 is what they owe me. Don't have a great hope of getting that back anytime soon. But if anyone has suggestions on which lawyer to use, go ahead.

Thanks

Floating over $30k at the moment, but only half of that is overdue at this point (contractually 3 days overdue).

Who's running Epic now??? It seems like all the grown-ups are gone and a bunch of kids are running it (into the ground.....)

All the grownups have moved on to a new company called Kinetic Social. I'm not sure if the company is owned by Epic but a lot of their employees and upper management were at one point employed by Epic. They're even located in the same building and floor. From what I've read the company is pretty profitable. Seem kind of fishy if you ask me.
