thanks everyone for posting requests, they're all on my list. For the most part, adding new targets should be trivial, but I'm going to be adding them one by one to make sure things are rock solid. Expect an update by Sunday.

So in addition to my plans for rolling out a gaggle of new features this weekend, I'm thinking about maybe doing a webinar type thing for anyone on the fence with signing up or anyone that just wants to toss some questions my way. I've never really done a live screenshare webinar so if anyone has suggestions for their favorite platform to use I would love to hear about it.

I'm thinking sometime around noon on saturday, for a half hour to an hour or so. I'd like to keep the topic surrounding serpIQ, but I'm down for any general SEO questions as well. I might even be able to snag grindstone and toss him in there for additional SEO help if need be.

I'll try and setup some sneak peaks to future stuff as well if timing works out correctly. Plus you guys can hear my sexy voice.

just do a screenr walkthrough. Think that will be enough and will give you more time to insert .de :p

Just wondering that out of the sudden so many germans are around ;p

Morgen ihr Pappnasen ;D

Dude, could you pm me an aim or skype address? I have a shit load of ideas and features.

PMing now.

Quick status update, almost done with keyword discoveries. After tonight, should be able to push into beta testing with a few of you folks. I'll be enabling on an account by account basis, so I'll need to hear from you guys if you want to test it out (could be clunky at first, though right now it's sexy as hell).

Also, I just reduced the reanalyzing time down to 15 minutes just because.

During the webinar I would really like to hear your thought process on interpreting the results from serpiq, specifically what each competitive index means in terms of how long it would take to rank. Of course this would vary greatly depending on link building strategy but any examples would be great.

I tried to signup to anymeeting but their activation email isn't coming through. If someone has a recommendation for a good site to use, I'm all ears. I'm thinking about doing the call around 10:30-11.

ALRIGHT

Got a webinar setup for 10:30 - 11:30 tomorrow morning (That's American West Coast/PST). You can view the details and register here: https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/134911966

Please register as soon as possible so I know how many are attending and can plan accordingly. It's gotomeeting, I'm sure most of you are familiar with it, it's pretty simple.

Depending on how many people jump in there, I'll try and wrangle up some familiar faces to talk in there as well. Also, if you're not interested in talking but want to listen, feel free to signup and not call in. I'm sure some good stuff will come up regardless.

Once again, webinar registration url is: https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/134911966

Last update for the night:

I've switched the webinar to Sunday morning at 10:30, mainly because less than 24 hours' notice is probably not the best for attendance. Signup soon though so I can make sure enough people are attending. https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/134911966

I'm planning on unveiling some of the new features on the call so could be good for those of you on the fence about signing up.

alright, looks like we're getting some good signups for the webinar tomorrow morning.

I'm going to put together an initial schedule to work from when we do it, I'm hoping to spend about 30-45 minutes discussing serpIQ as it is now, discussing feature requests for the future, how you guys use it in your workflow, etc. Then we can finish the call with more general SEO or whatever you guys want to talk about.

I'm also hoping to record the entire thing for download later. Also, anyone who joins in the webinar and is a member of serpIQ will get early access to the keyword discovery tool. This should happen right around Monday or Tuesday of next week.

Webinar in t-minus 20 minutes, feel free to sign up last minute if interested.

Good news, I'll be implementing Domain Age to all keyword analysis reports this week. As soon as it's ready to go I'll update you guys here.

Good news and bad news:

1) webinar went well, lots of great ideas and questions were tossed around, thanks everyone for joining in!

2) I was unable to record it. It was literally just me talking (everyone else was on text chat) so it would have been boring for most people.

I'm definitely open for doing another 1 or 2 this week for anyone who missed it. Let me know what's a good time (maybe an evening this week?) and I'll schedule it out.

I'm pretty excited about this tool. I'm looking forward to future updates.

Unfortunately, I was unable to load/attend the webinar in time. Hopefully, I'll participate in an upcoming webinar. My idea of participating involves listening attentively to your voice while not saying a word, much like a stalker or pervert would. For the record, however, I'm neither a stalker nor a pervert.

I haven't subscribed to the paid version yet. I'm still using the free version. Although there's nothing worse than a freeloader, I plan on purchasing a subscription in the (very) near future. I have to reach a self-imposed goal/milestone first.

One question I do have involves serpIQ's future direction. I think serpIQ is fantastic for reconnaissance work/research. Do you have any intention of integrating a keyword position tracker as well?

Rick

Hey Rick,

All sounds good, glad you like it. You can creep on me all you want (no homo).

I don't have any plans for adding a keyword tracker as of now, it's just not along the same lines as the research tools that I've currently built out and plan on adding. I think SEScout is doing a good job, and I know at least one other person is bringing out another great service soon.

My plans for new modules and features are in my opinion pretty awesome, serpIQ will soon be much more than just a competition analyzer, it will be a full SEO research suite.

Let me know if you have any questions before signing up.
