Nordica Condominiums - my wheels were stolen

Assuming your SEO stunt works at all, I don't think your Maseratti woes are going to deter people in the market for a $1100/month condo. The landlord has a point, it's not reasonable to park a $50,000 car in an unsecured garage next to a bunch of old Kia Rios and Chevy Malibus, it'll draw thieves like a floodlight draws moths and poses a risk to the other tenants' vehicles.

This does make sense. A $130,000 car (the actual price of a granturismo, not 50k lol) + $7,000 wheels but you're living in a sub-par condo, why? I'm not familiar with Florida but here in Houston 1.1k a month is pretty average if we're talking about a 1 bed, it's definitely not any luxury shit.

At the same time I agree with the OP in that if management was aware of multiple issues and tried to cover it up instead of fixing it, that's obviously not right. But like most suits, whoever is richer will probably win.

Dressing sexy is an excuse to get raped?

For what you're probably paying for rent there, you could live like a literal KING in Ohio*. In a middle to upper class neighborhood. Without shit like that happening. Huge houses here in nice neighborhoods are probably less in mortgage than your rent out in FLA.

To put it in perspective, I live in a nice neighborhood out in nowheresville, ohio and only pay mid $xxx/mo. That includes utilities, not even joking. Crime rate is low because people can afford to live and don't have to resort to crime to pay bills. Sounds dirt cheap to a lot of people, but that's how things are out here. Ya, it's a noname town and not much to do, but at least it's safe and you can leave your doors unlocked and car parked on the street w/o worrying about shit like that.

In any case, getting your rims/tires stolen sucks. It isn't cheap to replace, especially on cars like that. Low life pieces of shit that do that kind of thing are usually retards who get caught eventually anyway for bigger crimes.

Good luck with the lawsuit and SEO revenge.

* - not endorsing Ohio by any means, just sayin. If I had money like you (guessing because of the sweet ride, I would be moving to the middle of nowhere pronto. City life blows.)

whhaaaat? I can't rent a 1 bedroom apartment with a so-so location in my (possibly) 3rd world country for that price and you do that in the US?

Sucks to hear man! I hate to say it management isn't responsible for protecting your property, and they damn sure aren't responsible for protecting your well being. Hell the Supreme Court has ruled that COPS don't even have to protect you or your property so why would your landlord?

You got a couple of options here though. You can tie yourself up in litigation with a landlord who has the law on his side, costing you tens of thousands of dollars that you will probably NEVER get back, then get counter sued for damages when you lose. Or you can file on your insurance, get your car fixed and move to a better neighborhood.

And yeah, LOL at driving a Maserati and living in a $1100/mo apartment. You need a real garage for a car like that.

Gary Thiem his ass?

I would love to help but I just don't have the time to do it myself (I shouldn't even be looking at this forum I've got so much to do), however...

NordicaCondominiums.com
NordicaCondominium.com
NordicaCondo.com
Peter-Torres.com

...and many others like that are all available for anyone wanting to take up the challenge. Should be able to rank top of the serps almost instantly with little or no effort.

I am sorry for the OP - but am not sure on why he is so hell bent on plastering the internet with useless keywords?

I mean as is pretty evident from the SERPs, the company in point is heavily targetting the term - Nordica Condos - which I find is more apt.

I mean, if I consider purchasing a Condo - I'd probably search for the term Nordica Condos. Heck, half the nutjobs won't even know how to spell the word - Condominiums.

Another thing is that in situations like this which involves prime properties and/or landlords - you're usually up against an array of real estate listing website which are already ranking for listing submitted by agents. And that becomes a huge negative.

Also, must say some pretty brilliant SEO right there.

You haven't been around long enough to be mouthy. You clearly don't know the backstory on Gary Thiem which was, at one time years ago, hosted at GaryThiem.com and was only up for about 30 days total. It received 10s of thousand of visitors in that period as it went somewhat viral because the story was plastered everywhere. The complaints box was directed to makemoniesonline.com for a couple of days before it was redirected to the BBB and 1000 people were dickrolled in one day which was quite hilarious at the time (although not the goal of the page hence the change).

You can't make NordicaCondominiums.com outrank NordicaCondos.com? Son, you disappoint.

I apologize if you got it wrong, but my message was never directed to you - it was meant for the OP. I was merely trying to reason the same with you and hence quoted you along.

What I was trying to say was that I am not sure on why the OP is posting here and elsewhere with the term "Nordica Condominiums" whereas it's pretty evident from the SERPs that the marketing and the base promotion key is "Nordica Condos".

As far as outranking is concerned, penguin already told that us that it doesn't give a fuck about anything. Anything can outrank anything else now.

P.S - Now that you mentioned it, reading up the whole Gary Thiem thing. :P
