Nordica Condominiums - my wheels were stolen

I apologize if you got it the wrong, but my message was never directed to you - it was meant for the OP.

What I was trying to say was that I am not sure on why the OP is posting here and elsewhere with the term "Nordica Condominiums" whereas it's pretty evident from the SERPs that the marketing and the base promotion key is "Nordica Condos".

As far as outranking is concerned, penguin already told that us that it doesn't give a fuck about anything. Anything can outrank anything else now.

P.S - Now that you mentioned it, reading up the whole Gary Thiem thing. :P

Ahh, I gotcha. Sorry, I'm a little touchy today :D

Assuming your SEO stunt works at all, I don't think your Maseratti woes are going to deter people in the market for a $1100/month condo. The landlord has a point, it's not reasonable to park a $50,000 car in an unsecured garage next to a bunch of old Kia Rios and Chevy Malibus, it'll draw thieves like a floodlight draws moths and poses a risk to the other tenants' vehicles.

try $100k+

and the rent is $2000+

So no, he doesn't have a point. Thieves know the building sucks and there is no security thats why the come and go as the please. I used to park outside in my previous residence and in 2 years NOTHING happened.

Plus, we have a Phantom Rolls Royce and others way more expensive cars in the building. THe owners have already moved their cars of planning to move out of the building.

The problem is management that doesn't care.

About the lawsuit, I dont care what I get out of it. It is the principle.

Dude, landlords are not responsible for your personal property. Go read your lease agreement.

And stop with the nigger rich bullshit. Either sell the car or move to a nicer place.

lol what a dumb ass you are.

You know what negligence means? How about retaliatory laws?

I can't believe there is that much of a market for stolen Mazeratti wheels--in houston, and hondas, sure, but a Mazeratti?

hey OP, if you get some articles about Nordica Condominiums written up, I will post them on my private blog network and link to this thread.EDIT: Not too many articles though because I am lazy and don't wanna post them. Do like 5 or 10.

thanks bro, ill get them out to you.

We will be in the news tomorrow as well. I local tv station will report it.

Says the wannabe baller who's living in a shitty apartment, crying like a little bitch on the internet, and about to lose a bunch of time and money suing someone for no good reason.

dude, please. This is not a shitty apartment nor a shitty building but we do have a shitty management that doesn't care about its residents.

ie: a building nearby was having similar incidents a year ago. Guess what, they installed new security cameras and hired more guards and voila!...
no more incidents!

see? is it really that hard to understand?

brb buying a maserati before buying a condo, now having to pay rent

clown, i own a house ( I dont want to deal with HOA, ever )

buy an apartment in Miami and get ready to be raped by the HOA whenever they feel like it.

This is why I live in Palm Beach... Maseratis are like Hondas here. I think I see more GTs than I do Accords every week.

Certainly don't want to move to Nordica Condos...
