Yep, if he was only selling ad accounts and running sketchy dating ads after getting a cease and desist the worst he could expect is a civil lawsuit. Impersonating another company to defraud Facebook out of 1/3 of a million dollars is the kind of shit that gets you thrown in jail.

I find the quasi-legal advice comical, but I am sure that Grunin will find it comforting. The guy would make Narcissus blush. There is no gray area for a sociopath. I cannot fucking fathom that this clown documented it all. A wanton disregard of self-interest, as Greenspan would say. He could have worked for Lehman in another life. Add 30 points to his Wechsler and he would've done some serious damage.

I know you come from the wonderful world of investing and money management where all sorts of fuckery goes on in a fast paced symphony of more dollars and euros than any one of us will ever physically encounter in our lives that you oversee every hour or less, each day... But son.. you aint seen nothing yet.

Getting better at that is exactly how to win the internet. You'll never be 100%, but it's definitely a learnable skill.
 
you guys realize that this kid's bragging and posting of nonsense to make people envy him did himself in.

He better pray, that no federal charges are filed against him because he's going to have to do prison time.

Also this is pretty indicative of what's going to happen to most account sellers.
 
Someone that can steal hundreds of thousands of dollars, commit fraud, lie to everyone around him and still manage to sleep at night hasn't just made a couple of poor choices. Serious mental instabilities and insecurities lurk beneath the surface, a sociopath at the very least. Sort it out.
