the key is to sleep little, like 4 to 6 hours per night, but take a nap in the afternoon. at least that's what works for me now.
In my bed at my dad's house, it takes me like an hour or more to get to sleep.The true question is how much time does it take you to fall asleep once you lay down?
If you say you sleep 8 hours but it takes you 2 hours to fall asleep, you're sleeping 6 hours. I know some people that fall asleep less than 30 seconds after putting their head on the pillow (Lucky fuckers!). It takes me like 1-2 hours, that's why I tend to sleep longer to cover for the "brain can't stop thinking" time...
