How much do you sleep?

7-8-10
i can't nap at all, if i nap i either feel like shit or just dose off for hours or both

For anyone who has done polyphasic sleep (2hours total? I can't remember), or even the other level that requires 4 hours of sleep...

Do you find that you are still able to be creative, read book and absorb information, and learn?

I've heard some people say that even though you are awake it's almost like your in a zombie like state. I have 50+ books saved in my amazon cart right now and I'd love to be able to power through them within the next 1-2 years, but I'd need to be able to take legit notes and actually absorb the info.

Hopefully some members here can come forward with their experiences.

I've tried uberman twice and haven't quite got it yet. It gets tough about the 3rd and 4th day. Mostly because you get really bored, and you are really tired. It's definitely very much a zombie state. I'm going to try again once I get in better shape and clean up my diet some as I suspect that probably played a part of it.

The hardest part is not getting bored. 22 hours is a lot of fucking time and you don't really realize it until you start running out of stuff to do and you just end up wanting to sleep especially without any caffeine.

Haven't tried everyman yet.

7 hrs a day and no nap thought I always feel very lethargic in the afternoon. Is there any suggestions to lessen this effect so that I can still continue to do my work?

the problem with the 20 min nap in the afternoon is, it takes 60 minutes to fall asleep

It would take me about 3 hours.
Someone mentioned a free ebook in this thread- I signed up for it and it has some good info and not salesy at all. Sorry can't be arsed finding it.
