several years ago some moderators on this site pissed me off, and the reason this place is nothing but a forgotten shit stain on the internet is because they didn't realize who they were pissing off.

Doing well, shifted my focus away from affiliate marketing a few years back. Started working on some other small business ventures.

Problem is I set my goals way way way to low though! I shot for five figures a month, nice home, land and some comfort, I accomplished all that and it's just not enough. I am now shooting for wealth beyond what I could ever need or use.

I miss you assholes - we had some incredible times together.

Cleaned up my act, been a software engineer going on 7 years now, started a few companies that failed or did alright, and got lucky as an early crypto bagholder.

Miss you all. Buy ETH. Catch you all again in 10.

Who gets to wear the crown of all time biggest Wickedfire scammer - machinecontrol, papajohn56, Jon? Someone else?

Why Jon?
Why not Birdman, JP Grunin, or any of the owners of the affiliate networks who were flying high here?

On a sidenote, smaxor is one of the very few people who was in the midst of it all, but wriggled out ("Hi <fname>") and pivoted successfully. His ideas are intriguing enough that I have subscribed to his newsletter. Oooff.

40 units. Many of these are duplexes and triplexes, which counts as two doors or 3 doors.

It all started from aff marketing, then if a few years the price goes up, you refinance and buy another one. And another one. From aff marketing transitioned into an advertising agency, but yeah, all internet dollarz

But now when the tenants are calling and saying that they can't make rent because of COVID, in times like these you don't want to be a landlord...

How are you coping now interest rates are heading toward 3%?
