Found out I have a low grade but incurable form of brain cancer, eventually had surgery at the height of the pandemic in August 2020 after it showed slight growth. It was found randomly, never had any signs or symptoms. It's not glioblastoma (the worst cancer known to man), but it's the precursor to it. Basically given enough time it mutates into glioblastoma.
Unfortunately it wasn't completely removed due to the major hospital with the advanced equipment (intraoperative MRI) being chock full of covid patients, so I had to go into a private hospital without it. The result being the surgeon wasn't able to scan me during the surgery to ensure it was all removed.
Having another surgery next week to hopefully get the rest of it out and buy me a decade or two before it mutates.
Otherwise doing fine business wise. Government gave me approximately $70,000 in support during the pandemic, so I skated through pretty easily.

After finishing college I developed bad anxiety which turned into dizziness and inability to travel far. Recently, I started facing it without any medication but it's been a grind. Despite this, was able to have decent success career wise working from home over the last several years.
What I realized: enjoy your family, friends, and the simple things in life. The pipe dream of mansions and luxury cars is fun but not as fulfilling.

I think you mean me; I'm only mildly-retardedly-rich, and so are lots of others here from WF that listened.
