Well all Asian women are materialistic ;-). It's just the standards of balling are quite low in these countries. Hundreds of hot women for every 6 figure guy in this country.

Also you gotta think about the competition. The average Thai guy out of college earns $500 a month. It's really hard not to look rich when the bar is set so low.

What's funny is I could have $100 in my bank account but they'd think I'm rich because I'm Chinese and from America.

But man, there are some serious wealthy young guys in Hong Kong. Not only only that but they love showing it off as well.

I've noticed that a lot of IM "gurus" and even peeps here on this board are here in San Diego. Best weather, close to the best women, laid-back culture, american amenities. Only drawback is the $800 state franchise tax. If you can swing that (and really, who here can't?) it can't be beat. I for one have no intention of moving anytime soon...

India has seen increase of upto 4000% in real estate prices in last 4-5 years. Average mumbai property rates are around $300 to an upward of $2000+ per sq ft.
