I've been to many shows (in AM and other industries) and there is always a discrepancy in how males and females are treated. How many booth girls are there at the shows? Do the shows feel more like an AVN expo than a professional conference with a room full of millionaires or would-be millionaires?
Yes, we are fortunate to be in a industry where females in this industry are definitely be considered to be more physically attractive than the men by almost anyones standards (I applaud all straight women by the way for their kind hearts, I would be a lesbian if I was a chick).
I don't run additional traffic to networks because I have a cute AM. I run traffic to offers that work. If the AM is quick to follow up on issues, gives real suggestions on improving campaign performance or adds some other level of help that makes us both some money then I like them regardless of race, gender etc because THATS their JOB, to make both parties some cash money. If they are terrible at their job than I'm asking for a new AM. I'll take the 40-year old D&D playing virgin who has a face that would scare small children if he increases my revenue by 15%.
Seriously, how hard is it to go to a local bar/church/club and meet some new people. If you really think you have a shot with your AM you must be making some bank so that should translate into success in the dating world. You really should be figuring out ways to make more money with your partners, if they happen to be kind on the eyes then that my friends is just an added perk.
