Ryan Eagle obviously had to have known what was going to happen for at least 6 months. Yet he insulted people, lied to people ,and posted images of him buying furs and giving money away to charities money that was never his in the first place. Wow that's a big slap in the face to the people he owe's money. SHAMEFUL you cant apologize for that kind of thing and expect people to forgive or forget. Eagle dug his own Grave these last few months in his actions SHAMEFUL

Anyone remember how he would constantly send out fake wire receipts, etc? Does that count as pure fraud? Or what?

And he was still accepting affiliates as of what, 2 days ago? But now all of a sudden EWA is dead, cya guys.. What the fuck. I hope someone owed xx,xxx or xxx,xxx finally brings him to court.

Think about all the shit that has gone down regarding EWA in the last few months:

Knows he's in HUGE debt, still begs people to run more traffic

Sends fake wire receipts, blatantly lying about payments, trying to buy time and deceive affiliates and then has the balls to ask said affiliates to run even MORE traffic with him

Is constantly adding new affiliates into the network encouraging them to run traffic with them and this is as recent as what, a day or 2 ago? And now all of a sudden, oh hey guys, I'm closing EWA down because everyone sees that it is broke and I can't play the investor card anymore.

I mean damn, if anyone decides to do business with Ryan in the future, shame on them. From the actions I've been seeing and I've listed above, he is a lying, deceiving person. He has absolutely ruined his name. You're only as good as your word, and its pretty obvious to me that Ryan Eagle has NO word or sense of honor.

How could ANYONE feel bad for someone who is at their core, a deceitful liar?

When it comes down to it, his image is a lie, his business is a lie, and his character is a lie. What redeeming qualities do you have Ryan? You're a thief.

I'm embarrassed to say I was once a supporter of you and EWA.

Taking new affiliates is not fraud it's trying to save your business a founder will fight as long as they can

Fake wire receipts can be check fraud not to sure on the law there

Easiest thing is to apply pressure to file bk and get a trustee in the books to find the fraud or assets that may have been taken

But it's expensive to fight legal wars unless you can drive costs down by pooling together.

Fraud is heresay until proven, bk process might prove it

In my opinion, this asshole should be doing time.
There's one thing of going out of business and it being beyond your control, and another of screwing people over/scamming people/fraud.

This is MUCH MORE than him just going out of business.
I know many people who tell me he was blowing thousands in Vegas during the time he knew he was done for.
