Visa rang me up today, and shut down my cc and are filing a complaint now. I contacted my lawyer and they said they will try their best. Man im stressing this is bs i only made 40k on rebils and now they gonna sue me.

They also told me the families of all the rebilled families are going to come to court so it will make me feel guilty oh man.

Post their specific threats and allegations. What is going to be in the complaint?

I got a letter from Meritus today , stating that my account was terminated........I just don't understand why.

My lander has nothing in common with the other rebills , other than it's a continuity program. I looked through the complaints, and as it stands/stood, the only grouping I'm in is "Potentially high risk merchant" as it's dealing with MMO/Bizop.

And scary as it is, paypal doesn't have a problem with my offer at all.

Maybe I'm missing something.. but why not mimic what Columbia House and the old "record clubs" used to do. Bring them in on a low "risk-free" offer for a few bucks.. then have clearly disclosed contractual terms obligating the buyer to whatever your rebill schedule woulda been.

Adhere to your cancel policy.. give them ability to cancel within the stated time frame..

Then send a monthly bill to each buyer.. if they don't pay, send that shit to a collection agency.. you'd be surprised at the percent they'd bring in for you.

Odds are the collection agency will use Visa/MC as payment form which in itself violates MC and Visa merchant policies.. that's been in force for over 10 years that Visa/MC policies strictly disallow merchants engaging in transactions which serve to shift delinquent debt obligations onto a performing card -- yet it is still universally done.

If you made the trial free, then you wouldn't even have to solicit payment info of any sort or fuck with billing whatsoever.. you'd just get a net wire 2X a month from your collection agencies.
