Got my report within 24 hours. Report being a huge ass list of urls where my comments were. Loopline sent over just over 30,000 comments, and I ordered 25k so that made me happy out of the gates.
I tossed them on my VPS and started link checking, and was running at a solid 95-97% found rate about halfway through, at which point I stopped the process as I had seen enough and knew the guy did a quality job (and I wanted my scrapebox instance back).
Bottom line, loopline is the best bulk commenting provider on the forum. He overdelivers, he diligently checks everything, and he clearly has mastered scrapebox.
I recommend this service to everyone who needs reliable, fast bulk links.

Alright, ordered a 100k package and it was delivered within 48h. I'm used to a bit of over delivering, but he posted a total of 128k links (which means 28% EXTRA links). I didn't check all the links because I trust the members that posted here before, so I'm sure most of them are sticking as well.
As far as results: The site I did this on was in the Google dance for the last 3-4 weeks. Even though it's too soon to draw conclusions, I think this service did what I wanted it to do: get me back to my original top positions in the SERPs. I used 4 keywords, and with all of them I jumped to the top 3 positions.

Got my order back from loopline and i'm very happy. Received 20,000+ extra links, which is more than 20% extra - awesome.
Checked a bunch randomly, my URL and KW was intact. Overall, the OP did an excellent job and gave me exactly what I thought I was going to receive.
Results: No major results so far. I spread the 100k over 5 kws and 1 url. I seriously expected to be sandboxed for a while which isn't a real problem. One of the kws did get pushed back 3-4 pages but the site is a month old, so I expected that.
I've seen minor increases and decrease on the other kws, so it's too early to tell what the results would be. I'll give an updated review in about a week or so to let some of the comments get reindexed before giving a SERP review.
Overall - 10/10 and I highly recommend him and will be sending more orders to other sites after I see what happens with this site.

Communication: Loop didn't really need to communicate with me because he sent the order so quickly. But for some reason I thought I hadn't received the file, sent him a PM and he resent the file within like 12 hours. Turns out I had received it but must have opened it when I was drunk and forgot about it. 5/5
Speed: I think I received my report within about 36 hours of sending Loop my details. 5/5
Results: I got the 25k package, ended up getting 26k+ links. Checked the first 1000 and it returned like 992 results found, which means that all 1000 links were there and there was probably one slow site or down site. 5/5
Verdict: Loop knows his way around scrapebox, scrapebox is his bitch. Even though I own 6 copies of scrapebox that are running 24/7, I'll still probably buy a few of these blasts from loop because you can learn a lot about he operates his scrapebox. He should definitely put together a scrapebox course, I'd buy it.
If you want blog comments, get loop to do it. End of story. 9.7/10 (only thing that could make it a perfect 10 is the price and that's just because I am cheap)

I ran it through the free version of scrapebox for a while and then manually checked some of the links that were stated as not found and they were there. The best I can tell every single link is there.
I will probably be back with another order next week or so.
Once I go through some folders on my laptop and get a list of URLs to send you.

My site is a 2 year OLD domain and ranking for some pretty competitive keywords. I have ordered pack 2 (75k links)for keywords which are ranking low right now and some of them yet to be done any promotion. I will monitor the effect of your comments on their SERP over a period of 4 weeks before judging your service and leave a detailed review of your service.
Looking forward to getting some juicy comments.
