We have lost all most all of our database because of server crash and unable to do blast until we regenerate our databases. We apologize for the late reply, we were trying to back them up but still couldn't. We will let you know when they are backup and running.

Update:

We were had issues with our Xrumer Servers and we lost our databases and couldn't complete few orders because of it, but now we are able to back it up and service is running as advertised in the OP.

We are back on action again WF.
We apologize for any delays and issues occurred during this period.
