My blog commenter is saying the the blogs are not auto-approved. His team has done 5000 (good, relevant comments) so far and only 100 have been approved, because the blogs are moderated.

If you could shed some light on this, would be appreciated.

Is that all you have to say? Why are these blogs not auto-approved as promised by you? What is your solution to this problem? My blog commenter wants to be compensated by me for posting to 5,000 blogs and only getting 100 approved comments, because the blogs you provided are moderated.

You should NOT be selling this list. What do you have to say about that??
