I just got the review copy. He gives 3 files. 2 PDFs and 1 huge spreadsheet with 15k of dofollow links. They each have a PageRank for the domain and that specific page. I picked a few at random and it came out correct. The pages have not been marketted with any comments yet, so the list is nice and clean.

Time to start dofollow blog commenting!
