Wickedfire Get Ripped Challenge

Eh I work out 30 mins a day, 5 times a week. Nothing too intensive, stuff like this:

Look more impressive on the beach to who? Other dudes? I don't give a fuck how much weight I can push. If I look good naked then that's all that matters to me.

Getting six pack abs is a waste of time IMO. I know lots of ladyboys out there that have six packs, and they think they're the shit. Then, they see you with 17" biceps (not huge, but decent size) and challenge you to an arm wrestle. You slaughter them, then make up some BS and challenge your other arm. You annihilate them again, without abandon. They leave, six pack intact (but pride sorely lacking).

I'm going to break some news to you: the male body isn't supposed to be at 7-9% body fat when it's reached it's mature state. Sorry gentlemen, but it's not. Your body wants to be around 10-13%, which is cut enough to have definition, but not cut enough to have shredded abs. Getting lower requires a deep understanding of your body, careful dietary planning, often supplements (ECA stacks, steroids, etc.), and a bit of luck with genetics. You see lots of "skinny fat" people (thin people with a bit of a belly), but how often do you see a dude that's genuinely skinny? Rarely, and the ones that are have the genetics for it.

People need to stop fucking worrying about six packs. Go to the gym, follow a basic 5 x 5 routine if you've never lifted seriously before, and get strong. You know what's fucking impressive? Benching 225lbs+ for reps (I don't mean this one time max shit, I mean for reps. Bench it three sets of 8 reps, 5 sets of 5 reps, whatever.) Squatting 400lbs+ for reps. Deading 450lbs+ for reps. I've never met a single guy who could dead over 350 who didn't have the muscle development to back it up.

Sure, it's not a "glamorous" workout like P90X, but P90X is bullshit anyway. P90X is good for people who don't do any other activity of any kind and who don't do any strength building. A friend of mine swears by P90X, and in a year I got leaner, bigger, and stronger than he did. Of course I did, I did weight training with a focus on building strength, not size. He did P90X. He's still a ladyboy. I had to go buy new shirts because my shoulders, chest, and triceps/biceps had gotten too big for the ones I had.

The best part about not having abs is not having abs. They are a bitch to maintain. Years ago, when I was 18, I used to have a six pack. I used to be that lean, ripped guy that had little muscle development anywhere else. I used to do fucking situps before I went to bed. I did situps when I woke up. I did situps in the middle of class. I did situps when I was fucking. Hell, back then I'd do situps when I was typing shit like this. Then, as my metabolism reached maturity, the six pack disappeared. No amount of situps brought them back, either, and I realized that I had to keep my BF% low enough to make them visible.

Fuck. That. I'd rather be "bigger", with a defined outline than a ripped six pack, since it means I actually get to eat real food. You want a six pack? I'll tell you how:

+ Put your body into ketosis. Cut out carbs (shoot for under 75g/day of carbs-- good luck), eat high fat/high protein meals. Aim for .75g/protein per pound that you weigh.

+ Do HIIT. High-intensity interval training is the best thing for cutting fat. It also sucks donkey balls to actually do. If you don't know what it is, Google it.

+ Add weight to your ab routine.

BAM- you'll have a six pack... as soon as you get rid of all the fat. Meanwhile, in the three months you're doing that, I'll bulk up a little. I'll put on some more weight, some of which will be fat, but I'll also be able to LIFT more weight. Then, come spring, I'll cut down for a few weeks so I'm sitting around 10-11%BF. You'll have your six pack, but I'll still look more impressive on the beach.

Why? Shoulders + chest + arms + legs = win. Keep chasing your six pack, folks. I don't need mine ;)

I'd do it but I'm already a skinny mofo. If anything I'd want to put on weight I'm 6'2 and 161lbs. That and I eat whatever and whenever I want(alot) drink almost everyday of the week and usually indulge in some lsd, molly, ket etc. at the weekend.

To be honest I don't think I have ever worked out a day in my life, I would rather not take any muscle building supplements etc. so would there be any point in me doing this? Forgot to mention I'm also a twenty smokes a day guy besides the joints. Healthy lifestyle eh? hahah

You'd rather not take any muscle building supplements, but you're fine n' dandy with indulging in some "lsd, molly, ket, alcohol, weed" etc?

There's your problem. You're drug and alcohol problem, as well as your horrible smoking habit, is eating away at your fat from the inside out, and deteriorating and muscle you might have. Take a look at a lot of the hardcore drug addicts and such, you'll notice something. They're skin and bones.

I, too, am wondering why you are willing to do all that harmful stuff, but not willing to take any muscle building supplements. You know, the one drug(ish) thing that will actually help you at the moment.

The guy with the chest and shoulders will always look better to a chick than the skinny guy with abs. I've learned this from direct experience in the field :)

hey Lemon, Anybody sent in pics yet? I'm debating going and digging up the digital camera to take revealing photos of myself, but really don't want to if you don't have enough to make this work.

Nope, no pics yet (even though I got some positive pms back).
And here is the reason I guess

I don't want my pics on a colon cleanse site, or for it to become the next Make Monies Online

But like I said, your pics stay private until we have enough guys in.

I don't want my pics on a colon cleanse site

+ we dont need your faces, you can cut them in paint, watermark your pics.

or for it to become the next Make Monies Online

You do understand that if we post it online, particularly on wickedfire, we gonna get flamed, its something we can not avoid.
But if you do manage to get ripped you are gonna end up as winner.

lol....I'm surprised that so many people are having a hard time posting their pics on here. Shit, I'll post my pic right in this thread! You all can make me famous on the internets. I'm going to try and get cut from a good diet, running, push ups, and sit ups. I don't have time for a gym membership right now so I don't want to waste the money.

I'm not a junkie or anything or hardcore drug user. Just maybe one or two weekends a month. I have always had a good metabolism. I also dont really eat junk food. Mainly fresh fish and vegetables because I live beside a harbour and have many organic/hippy farmer type friends.

If anything I'd want to do it to improve my general fitness not build up muscle. the reason for not taking muscle building supplements is because I don't want to be built.

everyone has different goals and their ideas of how they'd like their body to look. It's pretty pointless to tell them what you want for your body is ideal and what they want for theirs is dumb.

a site just needs to be setup off the bat where people can somehow submit photos.. may be just setup phpbb and each person can start their own entry thread.. that'd be much easier. I'll set it up if people want me to.

Go for it. Let me know when you get it done and I'll sign up as soon as possible.

I have to echo the crossfit statements. Granted I was in decent shape before, but I decided I wanted to go as a spartan for Halloween this year. I had 8 weeks to get into shape. Almost all of the exercises they used for the actors in the movie are compound exercises as you would do in crossfit. It's a hell of a routine, but I got down to just under 20 minutes start to finish by the end. As far as supplements, most of that is bullshit anyway. I used a good whey protein a couple times a day and watched my diet. Low fat, low sugar, low sodium and high protein. The last 4 days I cut sodium out completely even drinking distilled water. That stops your body from retaining water under the skin. Here is the result.

this post is totally irrelevant without a picture or stats from before you started crossfit

anyone that thinks you're going to go from fat to this shape in 2 months doing crossfit or anything else is a complete retard. the best you can hope is 2-3 pounds of lean muscle development in 2 months. you can, of course, drop a significant amount of body fat and cut all the water you want but you're not going to look all jacked like homeboy here without years of hard work.

How to lose fat for Noobs - Bodybuilding.com Forums

- Workout 3 times a week with weights.
- Eat 1g protein / lb lean body mass.
- Reduce calories to lose 1-2 lbs / week.

It's all you need to know. For 99% of people out there, this is all you need. Forget the bullshit about frequency of meals. Doesn't matter. You also don't need to do any cardio, just weights.
