My wife wants to play around in Photoshop more. I think I'm going to get her one of those little sketch pens. btw, anyone have any experience with them? Thoughts?
It seems like two group mentalities are evident here.
Group A = subscribes to the disregard females/bitch get in the kitchen mantra
Group B = believes that a mature, sensible man realizes that a "lady" (defined as a female willing to routinely sleep with them) deserves to be rewarded for her loyalty and companionship, and anyone who says otherwise is but a teenager who has never had intercourse with a woman.

Group C = Understands that disregarding females is in fact the easiest way to get laid. However, on the off-chance you find one worth a damn and that will actually appreciate/reciprocate your generosity, go ahead and get your spend on.

I bought a Wacom graphic's tablet back a few years ago. Very awesome, but takes a bit getting use too.
There was a great response to a question I had on Deviant Art when I was looking to buy it. It's rare you "read" someone's response build and flow just as if you were hearing them and makes you excited about it. I wanted to link to that helpful post, but it seems that DA has removed their forum.
In short, you want to buy a tablet based on your screen dimensions. For instance, if you buy a 4x5 Graphire and have a widescreen monitor, each point you move the stylus on the tablet will not only move more pixels than if you bought a larger tablet, but it will also not go the same way you'd expect because it's more square and your screen is more rectangular.
I bought one of those 11 x 9 inch Intuos tablets (well, it was close to that when I bought the Intuos3 at the time). Now the Intuos is on v4 and you'd probably get the medium version to be comparable. I mainly got it for my 17" laptop.
I'd suggest getting something like the Intuos4 medium to start off with as it seems to be fairly good for a 15:6 - 17" screen. I used my tablet on my 24" monitor and didn't notice much difference, but when I had it on higher resolutions it did move a little more than I expected.
If your wife wants some great inspiration from someone who uses a tablet with photoshop to make amazing digital paintings/photo manipulations, then Barbiedoll on DA is a great person to follow (And she's super hot). Her website also has some great Photoshop brushes and tutorials.
They are real fun to play with, buy it for her she will enjoy it alot. Make sure it's a Wacom one because they are the best of the best and the quality is amazing. :bowdown::bowdown:
