Yeah, I have finally learned a good process of mass production now and can have thousands of arbi pages up and running from scratch with campaigns and everything in no time. So creating the volume of sites is no longer the problem. As long as I'm making profit I guess can churn out campaigns by the thousands with 7search and also bring in Adwords to the most profitable ones. But I still want to shift my focus to aff.marketing soon.

Ok, enough shit, I am a total noob in a sense (wtf is CTR, lol) but I do have some successful arbi happening (one single niche) which I "invented" all by myself (wtf was arbi, lol, now I know) I have been getting a grand or two every month in profit (and growing) so I trust I can give at least the other newbies some pointers on some "techniques" I haven't read here yet.
1) people have been talking about huge numbers of keywords... I have only about 15. I started with ONE kw and then slowly grew to 15, each have their landing page/adsense channel and have wasted not a minute on no shit kws. time is money.I use no tracking but know exactly what each kw is worth, for every campaign. I now have 15 campaigns with each PPC I am a customer of.
2) At first I had a whole site which eventually shrunk to ONE landing page after I descovered YAHOO ANSWERS. Why pay money to test when you can go there and reply to their questions and get WAY more targeted leads than Google for FREE!. USE Y. ANSWERS to test and MAKE a profit from day one, even with a shit page. It brought me $25 first day,(4 hours posting solid) now I have better pages and a system, it can bring some $25 an hour and if i stick to it the whole day it then goes in automatic for MONTHS on a downslide from about $150 the day after, $130 trhee days after and so on without any input. It carries on bringing money at an incredible rate, not sure about ROI or any of that shit but it's one visitor one click, sometimes even 2 or 5 clicks per visitor the % per click achronimsms can go into the 1000s.These people can sometimes use my own answer and they repost it themselves.
3) uhmmm, not saying any more on yahoo for he who shall seek shall find, just know that when you get a best answer it stays plastered on the front page until the knob heads suspend you then you lose it all.. so don't get greedy/suspended.. or you'll have to open another account!
4) So now you can test all you want, spend no money and find the magic keywords, yeah it then will become just the one KW, you'll recognize it after a while as that one is the one that brings the most money and you'll search for it yourself so you can reply to all yahoo questions that want the answer and send them all to your site/landing page.
5)After a while of doing the donkey work, posting tons of replies from different accounts, spotting other people doing same as you are doing and picking up bits here and there, your landing pages (should) become streamlined, money goes up, I even type with all fingers now as my two finger technique almost caused me to lose them! (copy and paste you can do but I never did myself, I give REAL & individual content EACH post) uhmm I lost thread... need to sleep... uh after a while I got tired of being just a posting monkey and discovered PPC campaigns!

6) WTF is wrong with all this 7Search and only 7Search and again 7Search?? Just because Chris happens to have mentioned 7Search it doesn't mean you ALL have to be STUCK with what seem to be VERY meagre 7Search traffic, right?? RIGHT??? I am not even sure I want to join them myself now. Today I earned $75 from Miva alone and USA hasn't fully kicked in yet.
7) Copy me ... I took my one trusty keyword (which then expanded to 15 after me learning that I could expand) & opened accounts/started campaigns with: Miva UK, GoClick, SearchFeed, Miva US, Overture (yahoo), MSN and now I was researching on 7Search and found you bad mouthed guys full of tips and info to fill my knowledge voids so I guess I'll have to get out of first gear myself and start branching out into my SECOND niche!!!! PPC engines act all different though so just test them first, START at 0.01 then move up to 4th or 5th, I found that 1st isn't as good for conversion...

i have been using the google keywords tool to get the 'hot' questions for niche ideas on yahoo answers (as per that blog page that was going around for a while) but I never though to use my arb pages as reference posts in yahoo...

well might as well add one of my own - i have been doing pretty well with using Google Co-op for creating custom searches for niches - then doing PPC arb with them. The google adsense on those results in always spot on and there is a pretty good CTR. I was making some good money before the holidays with some searches, now things have calmed down and my normail arb sites are making more again. Still a good way to diversify your niches IMO. Google even lets you add a widget to you search, which lets people put it ontheir toolbar - half my clicks now are free and not PPC!

The reason most ppl here have been stuck with 7search is that after countless threads and discussions here on what ppc engine to use - it always ends up as the "best". That's best as in 'the most for your money' type of thing. But I have felt the whole time that 7search traffic volume is shit. Some ppl get tons of traffic from it. I don't.
The other ones you mentioned (Miva and Searchfeed) have been criticized time and time again here on WF. I don't like MIVA from personal experience, and most ppl here will say that their traffic doesn't convert at all and I have never heard anyone using them successfully for arbi.
But maybe you've had luck with Miva and that's cool. Makes me want to give them a second chance.

For instance I found that you can get $1 or more for getting people to sign up to review sites, these sites also enter you in their sweepstakes just for being a free and active member.
Stick 10 of them on a page, write a review to say how sweet they all are and advertize the page on answers where there are 1000s people asking how to make money, after it kind of worked for a bit, I set up campaigns. Tons of traffic on the Sweepstakes keyword, nil sign ups. I made about $25 for $50spent.
It sucks. so I did some research to see why it sucks and found there are a few of these sites (not mine) that conned people into spending $50 to sign up then bring no results, these people go slagging on the net and bang, everyone's scared... bad niche.
Mine would be free to sign up with but people just do not sign up, they do click though the bastards.
You try it and good luck, to me that is a bad niche as a good niche should kind of shine a little bit more from the very start.

My main point was that with 1 good page and 10 good PPC I'll earn (theoretically) 10 times more than having 1 good page and one good PPC.
In real life some of them might not work as good as my good one but some others might produce 3 times the results.
Since the joining a few more PPC places takes no creativity nor guesswork, in my opinion it is a mistake not to try them all, especially if you are sitting on a couple hundred free $$ that came from your first good page..
When it comes to finding niches, I have had success so far by using both the 7search keyword tool and Keyword Country. You can get a 1 week trial of KWC if you'd like to try it out first.
no probs, these newbies tricks are nothing compared to what I learned from this thread so thanks Chris for starting it and the rest of them for sharing their tips.

I meant that when you are a beginner, you will likely have a shit page, even though you think it is the best page in the world or you stole it from someone who knows what he is doing and so it "must be a good page".
So yahoo answers will give you the chance to test it and even if it is badly made you will still get your positive results because your traffic is free.
So your next job is to try and get more clicks from the visitors you have and when you feel that you have done all you can towards this goal then you can start paying for your traffic.
Tip: if you are just starting, I would test it for a month as your ideas will keep on coming as you are answering questions. I myself just sent people to my site at first, then slowly progressed to just the one page, then took off all leaks from the page and in my own mind "invented arbi".
Google's TOS actually seem to go against arbi as they say you cannot put up a page just so that you can have google's ads on it, also I seem to remember someone mentioning that they require at least one non affiliate link going out of your page as per their TOS.
I would play as safe as possible, it doesn't matter if everyone is using photos and no leaks, they are all taking risks.
Here, check this: Over 50 website - Seniority: uk over 50, seniors chat, uk over 50s, join other over 50 year olds for chat, forum and more on Seniority.co.uk his site is what's regarded by many as the top for google optimization and he's selling videos explaining all his tricks etc etc, yet with my luck if I copied him I am sure I'd lose my account for breaching Google's own rules as mentioned here: Inside AdSense: Ad and image placement: a policy clarification
so... follow the gurus at your own risk.
Btw, I did a bit of digging and found 37 (!!!) copycats of Chris's original test page template on the big wide web.. I think Chris would make tons of money if he just made a few of them to sell! this half censored one XXXXXXters.info/ should check it as it is a mortgage page with playstation ads!! lol.
