I'm starting to think that the US and other superpowers "need" arabian oils for one reason alone: To use up all of the resources from that part of the world.
And be done with them for good

gadaffi or high oil prices if the refineries get into the hands of the opposition. take your pick.
uhh... everyone, until there's an alternative.who intheir right mind would buy it?
Most of western Europe wants less immigration period, because welfare states cannot handle massive influxes of unskilled immigrants and it creates pressure on the cultural norms of the society.France wants less brown people from Africa coming across the Mediterranean and immigrating. I'm not even kidding.
i knew from teh beginning US wants more oil - > Lybia fell the victim this time

Bush's use was also illegal. America hasn't had a declaration of war since WWII.Too little, too late. And whereas Bush went through Congress, Obama is using military force illegally.
What does that say about the right? This is such an obvious political move to pander to the right for 2012.
Actually, they opened their gates to destroy European society and to destroy any last vestiges of property rights by allowing the welfare state to go super viral. That's the same reason the European countries opened the floodgates in the first place, because their birth rates were declining and they needed workers for their economy.
MARCH 19, 2011
OBAMA: 'Today we are part of a broad coalition. We are answering the calls of a threatened people. And we are acting in the interests of the United States and the world'...
MARCH 19, 2003
BUSH: 'American and coalition forces are in the early stages of military operations to disarm Iraq, to free its people and to defend the world from grave danger'...

lol... like where? europe, at least italy get 20% of their oil from libya. which explains why it's france attacking them mostly. gaddafi would be charging italy more already if he and berlusconi weren't butt buddies.they'd just get it cheaper from someone else
If Congress votes on it and Congress has the authority, why waste time on semantics? What a pointless point to argue over. Did Obama go through Congress?
Your grasp of cultural nuance is truly astounding.the Muslims trying to take over

Lol so true...I won't be surprised when gas hits $6 a gallon. America is not the only place that needs oil but the whole fucking world
It's anything but pointless. The integrity of national and international law hangs in the balance. And Congress didn't vote on shit. The only thing our spineless Congress votes on is official acts of war, which they haven't done since WWII, and funding 'military operations' unilaterally declared by the executive branch and backed by the warmongers at the UN.
Congress doesn't declare war. It signs checks. And Presidents don't 'go through Congress' to get what they want. They, along with Congress and the UN, are ordered to do what Wall Street and the military industrial complex tell them to do. It's not a partisan issue.
The only practical difference between Bush and Obama when it comes to war is that Bush was a warmonger in the name of national security and redneck aggression and Obama is a warmonger in the name of human rights and dancing unicorns. The rest is just good old fashioned war crimes.
Your grasp of cultural nuance is truly astounding.
