Will this work on my Adsense site?
It's been known to increase conversions and decrease bounce rate...

Edited Re-Post from one of my previous BSTs:
Innovation
[..] The last several days have been a real eye opener on the lack of innovation that's going on in the industry - "SEO". The really is no innovation.
What I will say is this, There are a lot of bright people doing spamming, SEOing and concentrating their full efforts on one thing "search engines", Google Primarily. If Google disappears tomorrow, a lot of those bright people will be fucked. What if some new technology comes along and bypasses Google? Can't happen? I bet people thought Microsoft would be forever too right? What about Myspace? Remember AOL? Same with IBM way back in the day.
You know how you can tell something will have an end? If it has a beginning, it will have an end. With the fast pace movement of the internet, things are only going to have shorter and shorter lifespans.
Bypassing Google has already started happening, Siri being a prime example (http://www.wickedfire.com/traffic-content/173455-siri-optimization-beyond-traditional-seo.html). Apple is pulling information from all over the internet. Now what if one of these bright people stopped doing spam for SEO and thought about dominating Siri - probably one of the most innovative BSTs to ever be seen could hit the market. Siri marketing, you're clients would be completely tapped into iphone users, which generally have more disposable income. Only way to do that is Innovation.
Another example, Social Media. Friendster then Myspace, now Facebook. Facebook is now a destination as well as search platform. Another Google Bypasser. Now, the general audience on Facebook may be mostly time wasters, from what I originally thought. But my thought process has evolved, as a marketer I have to see how people are using the medium then figure out a way to deliver my message.
The old, "We've got this gadget you need" days of marketing are over. Reputation management is not only on Google now, but a company can get killed on Twitter and Facebook in real time, which is scary for business owners. My own experience with Additional Traffic Sources, has shown me there is a huge market a lot of marketers aren't tapping. I won't go any further and leave that there.
We can't move the internet forward if the brightest people are concentrating on reverse engineering one website, Google. I'm putting an end to this once and for all. I'd rather move on to more forward moving innovations than continue looking down like I don't see the cliff coming. There is a point where Google.com may not be relevant. What's scary is the internet is so fast paced that it can be 3 years from now or 5, or even one month from now.
Several SEO services have successfully defeated Google in all ways. Google has an Achilles heel - trust, authority, and high domain PR. Their cards are laid out everyday in the top 10 results. 3 years ago, I was one of the first to implement microdata into my client's websites. I was one of the first to have a mobile solution that was seemless. I was one of the first in 2000 to have cross browser compatible websites. I was one of the main people focusing on speed 10 years ago.
Some could say I was too early in my endeavors, but they can't say I was wrong. Now it has come to a point where enough is enough. Google's domination is being eroded every day. One day, a new technology, like Siri, will overtake it's place, and being an innovator and forward thinker I don't plan on being around when the eventual implosion happens.
For those of you out there reading this, there is a reason you are still here reading. You feel and know there is something that's coming soon for us SEOers. You're looking for answers, you know I'll probably drop something that might change your thought process. Well, here is what I would recommend, get out. Don't rely 100% on one traffic source as a living and start diversifying.
I challenge you to innovate and take a leap of faith - into the future. That's where I'll be. Together we can dominate. Ironically, we'll get more "SEO"/organic traffic in the process. There is a tide coming, and I'm afraid several will not survive it. Make sure you've changed your thought process, have started to evolve, and innovate when the end comes crashing down.
