yeah, the video is getting rendered right now, I'll toss some branding on it then get it uploaded to a video host and posted to our blog with a link here.

The global/local search columns I asked for have been added! Nice, thanks a lot.
If it starts to allow non-English characters in the KWs, I'll potentially be the happiest SEO on earth![]()
Thanks for the webinar today dchuk... got something else I'd like to throw out your way (not really a question this time). Just some analysis I've done on my own regarding the whole talk lately about how many words are on a page and see what your thoughts are. Can you PM me your skype or something?
so where do you pull the monthly volume numbers from? Is it a combo of things?
thx
it comes directly from the Adwords API. The global number is the...well, global volume, and then the local volume is based on whichever google country you selected when analyzing your keyword.
ah k n/m... i was set to .ca domains in adwords. Was hoping that it would somehow magically know i only want ca traffic in Discovery mode
Thanks.
I actually plan on adding that magic this week, just wrapping up some major additions at the moment. You'll be able to select a region in the discoveries tool and your data will be localized to that region per the Adwords Data.
Ooo.. theres some magic happening in my pants right now!

Can't wait. Awesome stuff.
This tool is gettin getter everytime.
Dchuck, will you be adding more countries to the localized version of google?
I sent you an e-mail with my humble suggestion.
Thanks a lot
I think I can solve this for ya, let me ponder it.
It appears the results coming from seomoz's api for the top anchor texts are all over the fucking map. I'm going to keep looking at them into the morning but will be most likely pulling them if things can't be improved. I have a solution planned for it if need be.
Please hit me up with feedback if things look wonky. I care.
Funny you mentioned that as just noticed some odd looking anchors, like randomly generated names.
I think Rand and Co. just realized we're crushing them![]()
Maybe make that a manual query per serp result so we only do it on sites we need them for.
