I just wanted to update everyone that we have been testing foreign characters the last couple months and if you can provide the HTML Entity Codes for your anchors, we can get those blasted with great success as well. The links end up looking just like your desired wording on almost all targets.

Some examples are:
German Accent Marks -Ä ä Ö ö Ü ü ß €
Norweigen/Scandinavian -Æ Å å Ä ä Ð ð Ø ø Ö ö Þ þ

We have also done Hebrew as well.

I am 95% sure that if you can supply us the HTML entities within your anchors, we can post it for you the way you want it. Opens up a lot of markets for you guys as well targeting the easy pickings of foreign rankings.

I can't speak for gutterseo, but almost all of our clients are using the service on both aged and new domains and seeing huge serp improvements no matter what their niche, domain age, etc.
