I'll be honest here, I did a lot of link building on the site I got this package for. That being said, I know this package played a significant part in my rankings. I'll let a screenshot explain the rest:

Site is about 4 months old
Gets over 10k exacts a month.
Would I buy again? abso-fucking-lutely
(also, fuck google for dropping me 3 spots today...I just did really heavy linking recently so I think it's dipping a bit for now)

The links are automated blog comments, the kinds you see in blogs that have been heavily commented on with bots. The only exception to our service compared to others is:
1. We can drip your comments out over time, so its not a single blast of 15k comments in 1 day.
2. We offer velocity, which makes it look like your getting more links over time.
3. We have more targets ( URLs ) we can drop a link on then anyone else. We also have more unique domains then anyone else ( more links from more IPs ).
4. We routinely filter out bad targets and add in new ones so that you are not left with worthless links.
