Strange. I'll check into it once I reach Baltimore. It would have been a reply back to that email.

****ATTENTION****
Due some network issues here in Baltimore (i'm having to remote into my home computer with a serious lag to run the reports) and i'm just going to get a fresh start tomorrow. Most of the reports are done and will be sent early tomorrow. The train ride up here has really wore me out, so please accept my apologies for not getting back to everyone.
So here's my agenda for tomorrow:
1. Catch up on orders from today, which will cause reports to be one day late, unless I figure out how to move some files from my main computer to my laptop.
2. Queue all orders that have been pending from the weekend, as well as adjust the milestones so that everything will still be sent on time.
3. There was a few missing email orders, i will search through my emails from the past two weeks to make sure everything is fixed accordingly.
All I can ask is that everyone remain patient, and i'll be sure to give out hefty discounts to anyone that has been extremely affected (missing emails, reports extremely late, etc.) by this problem.
I appreciate all the kind words that you guys have been giving me, and I look forward to getting back on track tomorrow. If you have any questions or concerns, please either email me at jackpotsoftware@gmail.com, or call me tomorrow morning at 7:45 am EST.

You wouldn't be the first client to want to do that lol. I have plenty of clients tell me that the service was great, but instead of posting a testimonial, they want to just order more.
****UPDATE***
Just to let everyone know, I leave from baltimore today in 1 hour. I already got 8 reports ready, and the last 4 will be sent when i get back to VA (5 hour train ride).
As for the profile blasts and blog comment blasts, we got a huge queue to clear, but all profile blasts and blog comments should be caught up tomorrow.

I just got back to the computer from a nice weekend with the family. I don't normally take the entire weekend off, but I haven't been able to spend a lot of time with the family lately.
I see a lot of packages ordered, PMs, and emails. I'll be responding to everyone tonight, queuing orders, sending some Wiki reports, etc.
