i had an experience with that. i wouldn't call it rape, i don't know what i'd call it.
i went out to a club in san diego with my buds, we're all trying to hook up with chicks, normal night. i wound up insanely drunk, to the point that even i knew i had to leave. i stumbled around the club looking for my friends (i had gone off with a girl earlier), but soon gave up on that and bounced outside, looking for a cab. as i'm walking a Z-line down the middle of the road, some dude in his car asked if i needed a ride. i said i did & hopped in.
he said "hey you want a drink?", and i said "yep" (as you do). that's the last thing i remember.
i woke up "X" time later in the passenger seat with this dude's mouth on my cock. i start flailing. he realizes i'm awake and withdraws. i open the car door and literally tumble out into the street. the car screams off right next to my head.
i try to get myself together. eventually i realize where i am. i walk 3 blocks to a friends house in PB. when i get there i check myself out. my underwear has been slit from waist to nuts. i try to explain it to them (my buddy & his girlfriend) but it's making me sound pretty fucking stupid. i just let it go.

It takes huge balls to admit somebody abused you and describe the way it was done, and lawyers use victim's natural shyness to clear rapists of all accusations. Such kinds of testimonies should be given privately (to a judge or to the jury, not in front of hundreds of people) - but this neglects the principles of open hearings, etc. It's especially horrible for the kids
