The story in pictures.

This girl (the one on the left)

says she was raped by this guy

The guy claims he didn't rape her. And of course, the chick can't produce evidence. So she responds with an art project that involves toting across campus the mattress on which she claims she was raped.

I guess carrying the rape mat is her way of protesting, which alone makes her eligible for lifetime residence in Crazy Town.

But she goes further.

Her "art project" includes hiring some guy to "rape" her on security cam. And then posting the video online for everyone to watch.

Then she says

If you watch this video without my consent, then I hope you reflect on your reasons for objectifying me and participating in my rape.

Women be crazy.

I just watched the video.

Maybe it's just me, but it seemed that everything was consensual until the guy started slapping her. Even then the slap didn't seem like rape. Maybe assault and him being an asshole. However, him throwing off his condom ... and being fat ... I see how that can be bad ... but regardless wouldn't support sentencing him the same as a rapist.

Any feminists care to chime in?

Here's a timeline of all the events: Emma Sulkowicz | Newslines - News Search Engine

From reading those facts, it's pretty clear this was a sham by the girl. What's horrible is NY senator attaching his stupid political agenda with this and not being humiliated for it (he sided with the girl after police and college cleared him).

The boy (not the girl) is currently suing Columbia for a lot of money and the case looks solid.

Ive heard this is becoming a thing with these girls claiming they have a rape fantasy, then getting a guy to act it out, then saying they really felt raped and pressing charges. Feminists are waging war on hetero dudeskulls. Everyone knows they just need cock.

Hustler needs to get in touch with her, she has some skills.

In side note, her ass needs to get sued and anyone involved who is trying to fuck that dude over for falsifying shit.

Not really. That was the worst 15 second blowjob I had ever seen.

Edit: Just started playing the video again. This is probably the funniest porno that I've seen in awhile. For anyone yet to watch, turn it on at 2:45. The guy's already getting ass, but decides, fuck it, let me slap this dumb bitch in the face. He then proceeds to throw off his condom and finish his 1 minute rape even though he was having consensual sex already.

The video is of that "project" - meanign the slapping and shit is staged.

Not trying to be a nit-picker, but I want to point out that the video wasn't part of the project (which was her senior fucking thesis of all things). The video came after she graduated to "re-enact" her alleged rape in a blatant attention whoring move.

Also, on the day of her graduation, someone put up posters calling her out all over the fucking place: #RapeHoax posters plastered around Columbia University in backlash against alleged rape victim - The Washington Post

For people who are interested in learning the truth about campus rape numbers and statistics, this is a good column from USA Today: http://www.usatoday.com/story/opini...risis-rolling-stone-politics-column/20397277/

What happened to the good old days of America where the defence "jesus christ - look at that ugly bitch, who the fuck would put their dick anywhere near her" was still normal and believable.

Because seriously - who let the tranny ladyboys out?

This chick is a known SJW with permanent residency in bat shit crazy town.

A friend of mine gave me this advice a long time ago and I stick (no pun intended) to it: Don't stick your dick into crazy..

Not sure if anyone didn't know that. The video (I believe) is word-for-word the story she gave to the police which is why being are being even more critical of it. Her statements given to police/college have changed overtime as well.

I think colleges shouldn't be handling these rape trials at all, it's horrible. At the same time this case is a perfect example of someone having their life ruined over accusation.

Rape cases are particularly hard because it's a big he said she said. We really have no clue if she was raped or not. From college messing up due process and police clearing him, he's a free man and shouldn't have to face this harassment.

She reported this after ~7 months to the police when there was no more evidence to help prove her case. I think we can all empathize with the idea of why someone wouldn't want to report right away after a rape, but it just can't fly in the court.

It's not even a stretch to say men can empathize with her, it's incredibly hard to track m/m rape because of the small reports because no one wants to admit it. Which reminded me of a funny Dave Chappelle joke:

A man raping men in Houston, that’s the most gansta shit, so far, like, like, seven men have already come forward and reported this in the Houston area, and reported this mutherfucker, which means he must of raped thousands, cause, that’s a tough phone call for us to make.

Rape cases are particularly hard because it's a big he said she said. We really have no clue if she was raped or not.

Making things more problematic, a lot of girls make false accusations of rape. This report looked at 136 cases at one university over a 10-year period. They found the following:

- 8 cases (5.9%) were categorized as false reports
- 61 cases (44.9%) were categorized as "did not proceed"

At first, it seems like the number of false reports is low. Every false report is unacceptable, of course, but it could be worse, right?

But check out how the classification "did not proceed" is defined:

...applied if the report of a sexual assault did not result in a referral for prosecution or disciplinary action because of insufficient evidence or because the victim withdrew from the process or was unable to identify the perpetrator or because the victim mislabeled the incident (e.g., gave a truthful account of the incident, but the incident did not meet the legal elements of the crime of sexual assault)

There's a lot of room in that category for false reports that are never proven as such.

Getting involved with girls is a very risky proposition these days. False accusations of rape are not uncommon. Moreover, the definition of rape has become as murky as the definition of racism...

"My boyfriend 'sort-of' raped me. But I didn't break up with him."
