How do I file a complaint against Thiem at the local PD? Walk in there and ask, I suppose? I'll do that tomorrow first thing...

I'm gonna look into a few local firms and see if they handle these kind of things and if it will be worth it. I am new to all this but very eager and ready to learn how to figure this shit out because I am personally sick and tired of the guy(s) repeated calls and threatening voicemails, it's downright not cool and I am going to seek all possible legal action.

Didn't this guy have it made perfectly clear to him already that threatening you was the wrong course of action? You actually had more than enough to go to the police and file a report with the initial voicemail. You chose a tamer course of action by letting WF fuck with him. Now he's saying he's going to fuck you up by abusing his access to your personal information?

It's rather fucked that with all the concerns about personal safety and identity theft, any asshole who wants to pay $25 can get highly sensitive information of complete strangers. Yeah, they did put it out there by filling out a lead form or something. But that's still no excuse.

This guy's career is over, at the least. At worst, he's looking at criminal charges.

My fiancee had to go to the cops once when he kicked out one of the guys in his office and the guy basically threatened to fuck up his car. He said you basically just walk in there and have a pretty informal chat with the guys there, they take some notes, you fill out a form and they go "ok we'll keep you posted".

You're not gonna get grilled like on CSI or anything, cops deal with that sort of shit every day.

I had a buddy that had some shady shit happen to him from a contractor.
When he got finished with him the dude had no shot of ever getting any work in the state of Louisiana... not to mention the jail time he served.


This right here got the ball rolling on dismissing the asshole contractor ==> In every city each news station usually has some sort of

"investigative reporter" or someone who looks out for the little guy.

They would absolutely eat this saga up. 3 major news affiliates jumped on the story once they found out about the shady contractor.
