Damn tarheals - They should hire you as their PR agent. You at least give us the low down more than they do... lol

I am just glad that I never upgraded and actual paid them money for their 6 month beta test. Hell I feel for most of you they should be paying you and not not other way around.

I would just wonder how the HELL they expect some people to actually provide a forward facing report to clients. I know that I could not and would not with all the jumps... Hell the thing looks more like an EKG and less of a ranking report.

Are my rankings not being updated over the past few days because I have a free account, or is this applicable to all customers?

I really want to upgrade because everything is so pretty and cool looking, but...at the end of the day accuracy is what matters, and sescout has only been accurate about 25% of the time for me (on a free acount).

means that do not use drupal if you anticipate any volume. checked it on my own experience

Everyone is fucked, even us paying customers.
 
I've used Sescout for about 3 months now and I really like the interface and will continue using your service unless it doesn't get straightened out in the next week or two.

Due to googles local search influence, you should enable the feature to let us select the google location setting for particular websites (I have clients in different states/city's that yield different results).
 
Just cancelled. I've been with you since beta and paying since October. Let me know if you ever get it working properly.

It's more than evident you guys are clearly in over your head, and your entire fucking site is down right now. So, as usual, we can't check our rankings..

Had a brief issue with our deployment host (beanstalk) and backend went down. It's up and running again.

We'll be posting an update on the site later today. We are wrapping up some final tweaks.
 
still not certain why I got a server certificate error on accessing the site and had to override it in my browser. I am obviously not tech saavy - but is this a problem?

Likely accessed the site when it went offline. Should be resolved now.

Either malconfigured security certificate or it expired. I get it too.

You've been wrapping up final tweaks for months.

I've had this service for 5 months and have never had 1 consistent month without errors.
