Oh look, it's fucked up again.
Surprise.
Are my rankings not being updated over the past few days because I have a free account, or is this applicable to all customers?
I really want to upgrade because everything is so pretty and cool looking, but...at the end of the day accuracy is what matters, and sescout has only been accurate about 25% of the time for me (on a free acount).
Awesome customer support, they don't even let us know wtf is going on.
Hell of a job, guys....not.
It's more than evident you guys are clearly in over your head, and your entire fucking site is down right now. So, as usual, we can't check our rankings..
still not certain why I got a server certificate error on accessing the site and had to override it in my browser. I am obviously not tech saavy - but is this a problem?
Great service guys, looks like we do not need market samurai anymore. For free signup it has awesome features.

Had a brief issue with our deployment host (beanstalk) and backend went down. It's up and running again.
We'll be posting an update on the site later today. We are wrapping up some final tweaks.
This Connection is Untrusted
You have asked Firefox to connect
securely to users.sescout.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely,
sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?
If you usually connect to
this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is
trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.
Technical Details
users.sescout.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.
The certificate is only valid for ip-10-160-178-84

I Understand the Risks
If you understand what's going on, you
can tell Firefox to start trusting this site's identification.
Even if you trust the site, this error could mean that someone is
tampering with your connection.
Don't add an exception unless
you know there's a good reason why this site doesn't use trusted identification.
Arriving soon: Push notifications for iPhone and desktop users!
SEscout is extremely excited to announce that we are in the process of enabling push notifications for all paying users! What does this mean? It means that for any domain notification you setup, the minute we update your keyword data and notice that a notification has been triggered, you will immediately receive a notification on your iPhone or desktop alerting you of the change. For instance, if you were to setup a notification for "Example.com" to alert you whenever a keyword hits the first page, you would receive a notification on your phone the minute it happens.
We are completing some final adjustments to the system and plan to launch it TODAY. We we'll post an update to all users when the notification system is ready to go along with instructions on how to activate it for your account. The best part, this is a FREE addition to all currently paying users.
Currently the system supports both iPhone and desktop notifications for both Mac and PC.
SEscout is constantly evolving the SERP tracking industry and continues to add new and innovative features like push notifications. Subscribe early and gain access to lower pricing and exciting new features!
Updates are on hold temporarily while we push out the last phase of the calibration update. Josh is making some final changes while I write up a blog post to update everyone where we are at right now.
By tomorrow all updates will return to their normal schedule.
