Sadly, I've to agree.
The only thing keeping me from canceling is my laziness of transferring everything to Rank Tracker. That won't be for much longer, though.
Guys I put in a support ticket 5 DAYS AGO, and still no reply.

It's not a tracking issue (it's a billing issue). Please make sure it is taken care of. Otherwise I'm gonna have to cancel.

Hows this project coming along? Still seeing inaccurate information. Im a free customer now, but would like to signup once reliable.
I joined the free account yesterday to try it out -- and I was thinking of upgrading to paid account today only to find out that I cannot log into the service (it keeps giving a database error).We are migrating to our new server setup today.
