ditto. i've worked with adam for more than a year and he has always been very reasonable and fair.
i just want to be straight here, this is adam and this is my smurf account number 3. i knew this situation would happen so i built up relationships and saved it for this day..
seriously - adam is the man i paid him to do maps for me several times less than a year ago and his rankings are still there. always been an extremely stand up guy and has gone out of his way to help me in a number of situations.

Adam is a good dude. I had an issue with something before and he fully refunded me for that job. I have paid for 4 more jobs and have more in the works.
I don't know your situation but all I can say is Google Places is super touchy and easy to fuck up.

Not if the buyer opens a chargeback with their CC company (paid through paypal payments pro), in that case, it's almost always a win for the buyer. If they paid with a paypal account, that's a different story then.
Paypal buyer protection claim for intangible is default lose for buyer. Paypal unauthorized transaction complaint is default lose for seller.
Funny thing is if he had just done what was promised I would have given him a shit ton of more money for other jobs.
What it sounds like is your pages got messed up the first time around and trying to repair a place page is nearly impossible without having a connection at places.
I understand there being difficulty, but to not get anything going within the course of 1 year and not refund the money?

I've used Adam before for places/citations... He did fuck up and use his own vanity number in place of my clients actual number on a listing, but owned up to it as soon as I mentioned it. This left a sour taste in my mouth and I haven't used him since, but by no means did he hide or sacrifice his integrity.
I believe he even offered a refund which I declined.

Smurf account nr N here. Im with Adam for a year now, and though i cant say im 100% happy, 90 would be a very fair figure. Given there are no ideal stuff in life, thats actually the highest rating possible .
